User can turn into crows

Pros:
-user can turn into a flock of crows or a human sized crow
-user can make other the same and build up a flock
-the flock is made of people who trust and care for others
-user can talk to the flock telepathically
-user can find mark of flock easily
-the flock mark is unique to each mark
-the leader of the flock is marked by flames and horns
-user can create new members of the flock with new relationships

Cons:
-user will alarm people if a human sized crow
-user must build up flock over time slowly
-if a bad seed is in the flock, the leader must kick them out
-user must be careful with what they share through link
-the mark of the flock is hard to hide later in life
-the leader can't merge flocks without long discussions
-the leader of the flock can't control flames when emotional
-user must be careful with who they let join

Weakness: loss of wings
User will lose flight but is unlikely to be abandoned

This is very rare and hidden by many flocks. This quirk is formed through being close to a flock member. This quirk is slow but gradual and not many are kicked out the flock.
The marking can appear at any age and starts on the lower back/hip. It flies up and will curl up when user is older.
