-user utilities what they absorb
-user can manipulate liquids and energy
-user can form and pass on energy
-user can pass on liquids through materials

Cons:
-user can't store as they absorb
-user can't manipulate liquids outside their body
-user will become hyper with more energy they store
-user will be bloated with more liquid than they can take

Weakness: overuse
User will pass out and require oxygen as their skin becomes solid stone, same with most muscles
