-user can bring back the dead
-user can choose who they do this to
-user can preserve memories/mind of those brought back
-reanimated keep quick and are not in a hive mind
-reanimated are 100% alive

Cons:
-someone dies for quirk to be used
-user can't choose what person does on returning
-user can't control physical condition
-quirk is unstable
-reanimated are heavily influenced by user
-user is only one who can "kill" reanimated
