User can read a person's rank

Pros:
-user can change ranking if needed
-rank is determined by personality and power
-user can counter abilities of some
-user can make ranks clear to others
-ranks do not change how others are treated

Cons:
-user will only be an observer
-user takes a lot of energy to change rank
-user may fight someone if they are not careful
-user may need to reveal rank to settle arguement/dispute

Weakness: group attacks
It takes a couple minutes to gain the counter power, they are unlikely to mesh well
