Pros:
-user can pick what injury and where
-user can control bleeding
-user can make injury slowly appear or appear to be an accident
-quirk will stop user from killing

Cons:
-injury is likely to leave scars
-user must make sure they make bleeding stoppable
-quirk may be overcome by malicious intent
-user can not heal injuries they cause
-user can't control pain

Weakness: overuse
User will gain injuries they cause with overuse
