User can produce black ice from their body.

Pros:
-user can turn anything it touches into ice version that shatter
-ice will ruin clothes of other people
-ice is easy to control
-user can't control how damaging ice is
-user is not effected by ice

Cons:
-user will be seen as a villain
-user will be driven mad after killing 10 people
-user must regulate amount of ice
-user must have small bursts of ice to prevent build up
-ice will control personality of user

Weakness: Valhalla fire
User will spiral out of control and will be replaced with a goodie-two-shoes version of themselves. This is broken by a punch to the face
