-user can not choose the quirk
-user can't choose power level of quirk
-user will store the original quirk of the person
-user will feel side effects of quirks they store
-user can't use quirks they store

User will quickly collapse after storing these quirks and will have a lot of ticks as their mind is effected by the stored quirks
