Pros:
-user can do this quickly
-user can amplify quirks given to their nomus
-user can control appearance
-user can control intelligence
-user can control pain factor

Cons:
-user can only make a limited number
-user can't control height
-user must pull quirks from around them
-user must pull from quirks around them
-nomu will return to normal people after 2 hours
-the more intelligent the nomu, the more likely they are to rebel
-user will always need a base person
-if overused, user will pass out
