(Lucky part 2)

After what seemed like way to many tests your new teacher let you head to orientation. You were surprised to see Todoroki taking a seat next to you.

You smiled and him and he gave a small smile back making your cheeks heat up. He had to know what he was doing right?

A upper classman came onto a big stage. He seemed slightly nervous but when he started to talk his whole persona changed. He was confident and got what he was saying across.

You clapped loudly when he finished as well as everyone else. You silently gave the boy praise for getting over stage fright.

Just like that your school day was half way over. Wonder what tomorrow-

"Want to sit together at lunch?" You paused your thoughts and looked at Todoroki.

"That would be amazing!" You didn't mean to say it so loud but thankfully he just gave a light chuckle and started leading you to the cafeteria.

The whole room smelled so good. Your were hungry after all those tests and sitting through the orientation.

"So (y/n) your quirks very useful. Which side did you get it from mom or dad?"

"Oh I got it from my mom. I don't know dad he left when I was little."

"Oh I'm sorry for bringing that up."

"Oh no no it's fine I'm over it now worries. What about you?"

He looked at you for a second. "Well I suppose I have both my parents but I only use my mother's. It's just...a thing I do."

Was it just you or did he suddenly look down? Maybe you had upset him?

"Hey Todoroki I didn't mean-"

"Oh no it's not you. Let's change the subject....are you dating anyone?"

You paused as your face went a cherry red. How did we go from quirks to dating!

"U-uh well um...no. You?" He looked at you for a second seeming to think something over.

"No I'm not."

You nodded as your food was dished up and you quickly sat at a empty table. Todoroki taking the seat next to you.

You took a bite of your food. It tasted better that it smelled! You could get used to this.

"(Y/n)?"

You looked up. "Yeah?"

"Want to go to a movie tonight?"

"I-i would love too."

"Alright here's my number text me your address and I'll pick you up at 5"

You nodded trying to seem calm as you took Todorokis number. Inside you were internally screaming. This was a date right??? Ughhhh it had to be!

The rest of the day went smoothly. You found out the green haired boy is named Izuku and that he's honestly really nice. You also made a girl bestie named Uraraka.

You waved to Todoroki as you left the school yard. He gave a wave back as he walked in a different direction.

Hopefully your mom would help you get ready. You had about two hours and no idea what to wear or if it even was a date.

*Time skip*

You sat on your porch. It wasn't extremely cold but your glad you choose a coat.

You didn't need to wait outside but you were so anxious. Especially when your mother said that this had to be a date then started cheering you on for getting a handsome date.

"Hello (y/n) you didn't have to wait outside."

"Oh hello Todoroki. I know I just...wanted to. Before we go could I ask you something?"

He nodded.

"Is this a date? I mean we did just meet so it's fine if it's not and I might be making a fool out of myself by asking and I could possible ruin whatever friendship there might have-"

He put a finger to your mouth making you go quiet.

"Yes it's a date."

He removed the finger and leaned in close giving you what you could have sworn was the most amazing kiss in the world.

After he moved away alittle and looked at you. You looked into his eyes.

You had never noticed just how beautiful they were and the seemed so bright.

"We should probably go right?" You asked just to see.

"Maybe later." He pulled you close to him giving you another kiss. You gently held his face to yours.

After a few more kisses you two sat back down on a bench on your porch. You shivered slightly.

He moved you closer to him and you seemed to feel warmer. You were dating the most amazing man.

Maybe this school year wouldn't be so bad. Especially with moments like this. Maybe...just maybe you actually we're really lucky.
