(Fireworks)

I smiled looking around at my classmates. Everyone is so so happy!

"You want to play sparklers with us kero?"

I looked at Tsuyu and Uraraka as they held the firework out for me. "Heck yeah!!"

I waved the sparkly looking firework around laughing. "woohoo! Look at me!"

"(Y/n) look let's color our hair!" Mina bumped into me holding three hair chalks.

"Let's do it!"

*Short time skip*

"We are now flags haha!" I looked in the mirror at my now red white and blue hair. Not going to lie I looked good.

"(Y/n), Mina come on Todoroki and I are gonna light the fireworks!"

I ran up to Kaminari giving him a hug before stepping back so him and Todoroki could light the fireworks.

"(Y/n) this one's for you." I smiled at Todoroki as he stood next to me watching the firework shoot into the air.

It exploded into a red heart. "Awe Todoroki I love it. Thank you." I gave him a hug before walking over to Tokoyami.

"You doing okay?"

"I fear being part bird affects me when it comes to fireworks. Dark shadow is deathly afraid of them too."

"Awe here I have tons of free hugs to offer. And you can have my phone to listen to music."

He gave me a blushed smile as I hugged him and handed him my phone and fed dark shadow a apple.

"(Y/n) do you think you could help us?" I looked a Shoji and Sato who looked to be trying to hang up a banner.

"Of course! Ready?"

They gave a nod and I ran up to them jumping into Satos palms as he gave me a boost onto the wall.

"Sero tape please!" I shouted.

"Here ya go!" Sero tossed up some of his tape I quickly secured the banner before hopping down into Shoji's arms.

I blushed as he set me down. "Thank you." He gave a nod as Kirishima pulled me away.

"Let's dance (y/n)!"

I laughed as he spun me around dancing silly to the music. "I didn't know you had those type of moves Kiri!"

"Eh it's a hidden talent."

I laughed some more before Tenya tapped his spoon against a glass catching everyone's attention.

"To everyone I want to wish a happy Independence day."

Everyone cheered and was about to go back to whatever they were doing.

"And now I'd like to give a detailed explanation of why we celebrate this day and the people that fought to do..."

I started to cut him out and peeked at everyone else who seemed to be falling asleep. Okay time to save the day.

I hurried up to Iida pulling him aside. "Hey Iida sorry to interrupt but I just needed to grab a hug from you."

"(Y/n) that's very sweet but I was in the mi-"

I rolled my eyes giving him a kiss on the cheek which shut him up instantly as he went bright red. I giggled at his reaction before seeing a loud blonde trying to sneak away.

"I'll talk to you soon k!"

I waved to Iida before running after Bakugo. "Hey you okay explodey boy. I mean I know all your family members are like I'm the sky right now in bright colors but it's for a good cause."

"Ha like I've never heard that before. I think the whole thing is stupid as fuck."

"Do you? So you wouldn't want it out shine Izuku by becoming a human firework..."

I smiled as he muttered a curse word before shooting his way into the sky and releasing explosions.

Seriously he was a human firework so cool! "Woohoo! You look awesome!!"

I felt a poke on my shoulder. I turned around to see Izuku with a shy smile.

"(Y/n) how did you get Kacchan to do that?"

"He just needed the right type of motivation. Happy 4th of July Izu!"

He blushed as he responded. "H-happy fourth of July (y/n)"

I nodded before hurrying up to Jiro and Momo. Jiro had been in charge of music and Momo and Aoyama were in charge of decorations.

"Jiro you must send me your recording of the song you played tonight! It's so beautiful."

"Thanks! I will totally send it to you. Only if you promise to sing a song in return."

"Okay your room the day after tomorrow?"

"Perfect!"

I smiled happily before turning to Momo. "You and Aoyama did so good! I love all the little flags!!"

"Thank you very much (y/n). I'm just happy that everyone else is having so much fun. It's so nice to see laughter instead of the normal boring chit chat of my parents parties."

"I can't imagine. Where is Aoyama anyway?"

She pointed above her and my eyes widened as I saw what I thought had been a disco ball but I now realized was my classmate absolutely covered in glitter.

"Has he been there this whole time?"

Momo nodded and I started to laugh walking under the glitter covered person.

"You look so sparkly Aoyama!"

"Thank you (y/n) with all this glitter I truly cannot stop sparkling. It's perfect wee?"

"Wee."

I backed away bumping into someone. "Oh Toru I'm so sorry did I make you spill your drink?"

"Nope I'm fine! Oh come on Koda brought out his bunny and me and Ojiro are petting it!"

I excitedly followed the floating cup to see the cutest little white bunny ever.

"Awe oh my gosh Koda it's so cute!!"

I noticed Koda nodded before handing me the bunny. I gently petted it. It really was so adorable.

"You look cute with a bunny." I looked up smiling as Ojiro took a picture of me.

"Thank you I try. Here your turn." I carefully handed him the bunny.

I smiled bigger as I saw a kitty walking around the purple haired insomniac from general studies. I walked up to him.

"Hey Shinsou. Why don't you join the party huh?"

He shook his head. "Oh well. If you change your mind I'll give you a kiss on the cheek..."

He looked up at me his tired eyes showing interest. His face tinted a light pink.

He stood up walking over to me. "Alright I'll join. Now kiss my cheek and promise me I won't have to dance cause that I can't do and I'd rather die."

"You don't have to dance I promise. And you better not die." I giggled kissing his cheek before yet another loud blonde pulled me away.

"Monoma! Me and Shinsou were talking!"

"So? Anyways I have to ask why all of 1-A is so insane. Does it help with the fighting in battles?"

"Why do you ask?"

"No reason"

"I think it does cause it brings everyone closer and lightens the mood. Now go have some fun and just chill Monoma before Kendo has a heart attack."

"Fine fine"

I chuckled as he walked away. Tonight is going so well. I love everyone. They are so sweet.

"Ah!" I jumped feeling someone touch my butt. "Who do you think you are?"

"Sorry couldn't help it."

I shook my head shooing Mineta away he truly can't keep his hands to himself.

I looked up as more fireworks went off. Each one a different color. The sky was filled with life and all around me was filled with joy.
