We open in a Hospital Ward with a Bunch of Babies in the nursery, as one has Green Curly Hair and freckles on his face this Izuku Midoriya as a Baby, but while he and all the other infants slept someone came in and it wasn't the Hospital Staff, but a Mysterious Being wearing a Cloak came in while humming a Lullaby as he looked over all of them until he spotted Izuku as he floated over to the Person he is wearing a cloak so we can't see his face or true body.

???: Don't worry Kid. You'll be so much more than all of them. He said as they pulled out a Baby Bottle with an unknown Green Liquid as he picked him up, feed him the Strange Liquid, burped him, put him back, & left, as the figure began to leave, but he stop as he look back at Izuku.

???: I'm sorry kiddo, but your the only one able to use this power...for fun and mischief. Hehehehe.

He said as they went through the door, but he vanished leaving no trace.
