Where We Go From Here

And with that, the Heroes Rising arc comes to a close. And now, you learn the secret behind Cry's own One for All. Or, I guess I should say, Cry, Kendo, and Monoma's One for All. But, now the question for that is what happens now that Cry's completely broken and run off? Do Kendo and Monoma still have their quirks? Or are they just quirkless at U.A now? Well, all answers should be revealed in this chapter. It's back to the present day one last time as this will be the final chapter of Act 1, the first half of this story. Thank you all so much for reading this story, it means a whole lot to all of us. And an extra special thank you to KittioWolf210 and NicoandHades for the help with this story, you're my partners in crime and I couldn't have done it without you! Now, one last time, let's get back into the story! Enjoy!

-POV: Wrath Queen- -Present Day: One Week Later-

Those were the glory days..... that time last year, my son and his friends becoming real heroes for the first ever time. I hoped nothing bad like that would happen again though. Turns out, I was as wrong as you could be. Everything's that happened after those days..... it's just been a disaster. Hell, I was kidnapped and lost one of my arms. My son and his friends fought in a war I couldn't take part of. And that was all before I came to America.

Ever since that Injustice Squad made their first move, it's just been a down spiral of events. Had a hole blown through me, lost a kidney, a few other parts of some organs, and even a section of my spine. Then, I wake up and hear my son took over for me, but was kidnapped. Then I return and..... see he's become a villain. It was honestly heartbreaking. And things only got worse after that. Students were taken away, and the villains plunged Philadelphia in chaos. I know I act fearless all the time but.... I was honestly terrified. I didn't know what to do when everything broke out. I would truly say it was luck we pulled everything off. But my students.... they're the real heroes. Not me.

When I was put under so I could undergo surgery, I was out for 4 days before I woke up again. Still, I had to stay in the hospital to recover. But, I was informed all my students, even the two vigilantes pulled through, despite all their injuries. It warmed my heart more than anything to hear they were okay.

And, over the days I was out, pro heroes from around the country and even some overseas had come to the city to help rebuild. And it was totally amazing to see the work they'd done in such a short time. When I woke, the city looked almost back to normal. No damage or anything.

However, despite everything looking normal again and the villains beaten, we weren't in the clear yet. While most of the Injustice Squad have been taken into, a small handful of them managed to escape. And until the rest of them are captured, the city, no..... the whole country is in danger. And my son.... he's still out there too. As far as I know, he doesn't remember being a villain anymore, but at the same time, he doesn't remember anyone else either from his previous life. He's lost. And that makes him all the more dangerous.

"Please be alright, Cry....." I hoped as I sat in my hospital bed, staring out the nearest window watching the rain fall and the city being rebuilt in the distance.

"*Knock, knock, knock* Yes, you can enter." I said to the person knocking on the room of my door. They opened it up and coming into the room was Lisa. She was doing quite well despite having the most serious injury out of any of us. She'd been giving a prosthetic leg in replace of her actual one. It's just something she and the rest of us will have to cope with now. She came over and sat down in a chair next to my bed as I turned to face her.

"How are you doing today, Ms. Fuyumi?" She asked me with a bit of concern in her tone.

"Better. All the pain's finally gone. And look at you, up and walking without help now. I'm impressed." I told her as she gave me a nod.

"Thank you. Although, living with only one real leg now, it's..... it's gonna be tough." Lisa said as she put her head down and looked at her fake leg.

"It's going to be difficult for all of us, even the ones who came out relatively okay. Facing villains, it leaves this impact on everyone. All we can do about it though is push forward. We adapt to whatever becomes the new normal. And, I have confidence that you will certainly adapt to that leg." I told her as I shook up her hair with my right arm.

"But.... I'm not sure if I can, though. This is something that will effect me as a whole. And I'm just not sure if I can continue..... continue being a hero....." Lisa said as she began to cry.

"Now don't say that. It's just a matter of not giving up. Hell, look at me and Cry. We both lost our right arms, and we didn't quit. We became the best heroes we could be. Lisa, you're one of the smartest, bravest, and most skilled students in the class. Please don't give up on this dream. You can overcome this hardship, and you will become a terrific hero." I spoke to her as I raised her head up to wipe away the tears.

"How did you do it.... How did you learn to adapt with just one arm?" She asked me as I just sighed.

"It wasn't easy. Cry only gave me the fire arm about 2 months ago, to be honest. Before then, it was a struggle. You're just..... you're so used to doing all these duties that require two hands. And than one day, that all changes. It's not easy. It changes how you live entirely. But, so long as it doesn't change you, then I think you'll be fine, Lisa." I told her as she cracked a smile. But, before we could continue, someone else started knocking on my door now.

"Come in." I told them as Twilight and Pein came into the room, both not wearing their costumes anymore, letting me see what they actually look like.

"Sorry to bother you, but may we have a word in private?" Twilight asked as I gave them a nod. Lisa got up and left to give us our privacy as she closed the door behind her.

"It's nice to see the two of you got out of all this as well. Without your help, we may not have been able to succeed." I told them as they both sat down and thanked me. Twilight's throat his this line going across it, indicating where her gash was sealed up.

"Thank you. We were actually going to thank all of you for helping us as well. And.... well.... given what's happened, we've decided to push our personal life plans ahead a bit. And, we would like to invite you and everyone else who helped to our wedding." Pein told me as I will admit, I was caught a little off guard.

"Oh, well, um...." I said as they continued.

"We figured everyone might still be a little down and gloomy after everything that just happened. So, we thought if you all came that it would help liven everybody up again." Twilight told me.

"Oh really? Is there some kind of catch to this?" I asked them out of sheer curiosity.

"Well..... a little bit. Look, you all being heroes and us being vigilantes, there's obviously some conflicts between us. So, we thought that.... since we helped and are giving you this chance to get back into happy moods..... perhaps..... you could give the two of us a month of no police on our backs?" Pein asked as I just giggled at the question.

"I'm not entirely sure I can make that possible. However, I have a counter solution..." I said as they now looked curious.

"Come work at P.H academy. You two would be terrific as a pair of teachers there. We've got plenty of subjects that you could take interest to as well. Combat, support, sciences, anything really." I asked of them but they both just smiled and shook their heads.

"As much as we appreciate the offer, we simply can't accept it. It's just not possible for people like us who've already done so much outside the law." Twilight said as I just sighed.

"I understand. Then, i'll try and convince the police to turn a blind eye. And if not, i'll always have mine turned away from you." I said to them as Twilight then pulled out a piece of paper and a newspaper which stuck out of her back pockets.

"Here, these are for you. I'm sure you'll find them both very intriguing." She told me as I read the small piece of paper first. It was just a phone number.

"What's this?" I asked them.

"That is the one and only number to contact us. We both decided that we can trust you, and so, if you ever need us, we're just a ring away. Only you and Kira have those numbers. And please, for the love of god, don't go sharing it." Pein said to me as I gave them both a nod before pocketing the number. I then unfolded the newspaper and began to read it.

"Read the front page headliner." Twilight told me as my eyes scrolled up to the top. It read, "Hero Wrath Queen leads P.H students and vigilantes to victory!" And below in a sub-header, it read "Pro Japanese heroes Ryukyu, rank 10, and Gang Orca, rank 11, both step down and allow Queen a place at the top as new rank 10!"

"Wait, for real!? Ryukyu and Orca both dropped themselves one spot in the rankings just to let me join the 10!? Oh my..... Wow!" I said in complete disbelief as I was just dumbfounded. After over 2 decades of being a pro, i'd finally made into the top 10.

"We figured you'd like that info. So congrats. Also says you've made it into the top 30 in the world." Pein said to me as I kept reading and confirmed he was right.

"I've tried so hard to get this far.... and now i'm here. Feels weird...." I said to myself as Pein and Twilight got up and headed to the door.

"Well, congrats on the new ranking. And, we thank you again for your assistance. We hope you take our offer. It'd be great to see you soon again on our big day." Twilight said.

"When is it? And where?" I asked them.

"In 3 days, the church in the south end." Pein said as the two went to leave.

"We'll see you around, Queen. Good luck with in any future situations." Twilight said as the two left. However, before the door could close, someone stopped it and pushed it back open. Walking into the room now was Jiro.

"How's the chest wound doing?" I asked as she gave me a bit of a smile before lifting up the bottom half of her shirt. Cry stabbing her left a decent sized scar, about 3 inches in length in her lower left chest area.

"All things considered, pretty good. Nothing major was hit." Jiro said to me which made me relieved.

"Is there something you needed, then?" I asked as she gave me a nod.

"I fulfilled your request, Queen. I sent word out to them and they've finally arrived." Jiro told me as I now grew a big smile.

"At last..... are they here?" I asked Jiro as she opened up the door again. 3 more people walked in.

"Sorry it took so long. But trying to travel halfway across the world into a place that was just a war zone wasn't easy. Especially when trying to convince our teachers to leave." Kendo said as she, Monoma, and Tetsutetsu all entered the room.

"I understand, but i'm also very thankful that you all made it." I said as they all gave me nods.

"It was honestly scary watching what happened on TV. To think this Injustice Squad could do so much in so little time. Even take him away...." Monoma said as he rubbed the back of his head.

"But don't you worry, Wrath Queen, we'll start searching immediately." Tetsutetsu said as he cracked his knuckles.

"Thank you. Unfortunately, I don't have any leads as to where he could've gone. It's best to just start asking around and see if anyone's noticed someone with his unique features." I told them as they had the same idea.

"You said he forgot all about being a villain, correct? But at the same time, he still doesn't remember being a hero. So, if we find him, is it safe to say he'll attack us and lash out like a wild animal?" Jiro asked me as I gave them all a nod.

"Yes. But please, do what you must to capture him. Bring him back to me. There has to be a way to save him." I said as all the students gave me nods.

"Don't worry, Wrath Queen! We haven't let you down before and we won't start now! We'll find him and bring him back here!" Tetsutetsu said.

"It won't be easy, so we'll keep you updated on our progress." Monoma said.

"He's always the one saving us, but now everything's totally swapped. I'm sure we'll be able to pull this off though." Kendo said.

"We promise we'll find you son, Queen. We'll bring back Cry and save him." Jiro said to me as I gave them all nods. Their mission wouldn't be easy. My son could be anywhere in the entire world at this point. But, I have faith in these 4. They're all his closest friends, they know him better than anyone but myself. I know they'll find him.....

-POV: Daina-

"WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!? WHY DIDN'T YOU HELP US DURING ALL THIS!? IF YOU HAD STEPPED IN FOR OUR SIDE, WE WOULD'VE SQUASHED THOSE DAMN HEROES!!!" I shouted at my little sister who was just giving me her typical gloomy look.

"Relax, big sis. I didn't play my cards because I thought it'd still be useful if I stayed on the inside of P.H. And, with you guys failing so miserably, I guess I made the right move." Tika said to me as I just wanted to slap her.

"BUT DID YOU HAVE TO TAKE OUT MOLLY!? THE LEAST YOU COULD'VE DONE IS LET ANOTHER ONE OF US GET AWAY!!" I screamed in her face as she just yawned at me.

"Had to make it look convincing that I was on the hero side. Make 'em look away from me if they look for whoever their traitor is." She said to me as I held my hands out to her, just wanting to use my quirk on her so badly.

"If you weren't my little sister then I swear, I swear I would kill you right now." I said as she just scoffed at the comment.

"PFFT! Like you could kill me. Who got dad's quirk, remember? Oh right, it's me. You got stuck with mom's lame one." Tika bragged to me as I quickly reached out and grabbed her phone, crushing it to pieces with my quirk.

"HEY!! What the heck was that for!?" She whined.

"You know what! I've always hated you for thinking you're so special and so much better because you were born with dad's quirk! I'm your big sister, I'm the one who takes care of you! If it weren't for me, you wouldn't have gotten into P.H in the first place!!" I shouted to her as she just let out a heavy sigh.

"And who said I wanted to get in anyway!? Sure, it helped us get information on what they were doing all the time, but it fucking sucks so much!! Every god damn day it's just teamwork, friendship, heroism, all this shit I don't wanna have to care about! It's agonizing!!" Tika complained to me as I just rolled my eyes.

"Oh boo hoo. You decided not to blow your cover, so now you have to continue suffering with them." I told her as Poppy and Ping entered the room.

"Will you two just shut up already. We're tired of listening to your god damn family feuds." Ping said as we both turned to face them.

"Not important, Ping. Anyways, what's our next move. With everyone captured and Cry missing, what're we supposed to do? The 4 of us aren't particularly strong enough to pull off much." Poppy asked as I went into thought.

"Any chance you could get us some more supplies from Vassago?" I asked her as she shook her head.

"Doubt it. After we wasted all the supplies before, it's unlikely he'll lend us anything." She told me as I just let out a sigh.

"Can you please try anyway, Poppy? Even if you can just get a few weapons or a syringe of Trigger, it'll help a lot." I asked of her as she gave me a nod.

"It'll have to wait a while though. With the city falling into catastrophe, Vassago and his syndicate had to relocate outside the city. It won't be easy to find them again." Poppy told me.

"That's fine considering our plan's gonna take a while to prep for." I said as everyone gave me a curious look.

"And what exactly are you planning, dear big sister? I always love your plans. What, are we all gonna enroll into P.H now?" Tika asked me sarcastically as I wanted to slap her again.

"This won't be easy. And we'll need everyone here to play their part perfectly. And that means you, little sister. You're joining us on this mission." I told to her with the most serious look I could give off.

"Jeez, fine. Just make sure it doesn't blow my cover, okay?" Tika said to me.

"No promises. That's because we're gonna do something absolutely absurd." I said as Ping gave me one concerning look.

"Please tell me you're not gonna say what I think you're gonna say?" He asked me.

"We're gonna break into maximum security and bust them all out...."

-POV: Markus-

After being taken away by the national guard, myself and all those of the Squad who were detained were escorted into a maximum security prison. All of us were given collars to wear which nullified our quirks, and all the others were given their own cells to walk around in. However, as the most dangerous and leader, I was given a..... special cell. I was essentially placed against a wall standing up, my arms spread out and stuck inside these big metal tubes, as was the same with my legs. The room wasn't very big and I had someone feed me food that was honestly disgusting. But, I guess I really shouldn't have expected anything better from a prison.

"So, how's our big bad guest today? Figure out a way to escape yet?" A loud mouthed guard who typically watches my cell asked as he started his work shift.

"I told you, it takes time, asshole. But I promise, when i'm out of here, you're the first person i'll kill." I replied as the guard just laughed at me.

"Yeah, keep on saying that. No one's escaped this place before, and no one ever will." The guard said to me as I could hear a nearby elevator making its way down. My personal cell was about 100ft below the surface, under solid rock. That elevator is the only way in or out of here.

"He's just over here, sir...." Another guard said as I could see a faint orange glow all the way down the hall.

"Give us some privacy. I'd like to speak to him alone. And turn off the security cameras." A familiar voice said to me as the light drew closer. I could do nothing but give a slight smile as I knew who was coming.

"But sir, a prisoner this dangerous, we need to keep watch 24-" The guard with him tried to say but was interrupted.

"Do you know who I am? I can handle myself without any of you here. It'll be fine. Now leave." The man with the orange light said as all the guard vacated the entire room, leaving me and the other man alone to..... chat.

"I'll admit, I wasn't expecting you to show up. Guess things really are a mess on the outside." I said as the man approached. The orange light turning into bright burning flames.

"Well, well, well, how the mighty have fallen. When I heard of all this chaos that occurred out here, it didn't come as a surprise when I found out it was you behind it all." Endeavor said to me as he stepped right up to the thick glass separating us.

"Come to laugh at your cousin, number one?" I asked him as he just crossed his arms in shame.

"I knew it would come to this one day. Our fathers, the brothers who started all this conflict, and now it's us who take their legacy. Yours the villain, and mine the hero. And like before, you lost." Endeavor said to me as I did nothing but laugh.

"Lost, eh? Have you not heard what's been happening out there? Sure, it may not be worldwide yet, but villains have begun to rise up around the country. Myself and the Injustice Squad have inspired a revolution! People who were casted out of society are taking back their places in this world!! At what point do you believe we lost!?" I asked him but he never changed his look.

"Perhaps you're right. But nice things only last so long. They'll be put down just like you were. I'm not the only pro who's come. I brought Hawks as well." Endeavor told me as I became a bit more interested now.

"Brought your right hand man, eh? Seems a little overkill for just some lowlife villain disturbances, don't ya think?" I asked him as he gave me a nod.

"Do you have any idea as to why Wrath Queen came here in the first place?" Endeavor asked me.

"She became a new teacher at that garbage, Persevering Heights Academy, right?" I said as my cousin shook his head.

"You couldn't be more wrong. That was just her cover. I'm the one who sent her here as our scout. She, myself, and Hawks have worked together as a team for well over a year now, and we've been tracking a certain group of individuals. And thanks to you putting her into a coma for some time, you caused us to lose a lot of ground." Endeavor told me as I chuckled away.

"You're welcome. Glad I could be of some help to your cause." I told him as he just sighed at me.

"You and your little group may have plunged this country into a state of emergency, but you have no idea what's been going on within its shadows. Something that makes your small group look like babies." Endeavor said as he turned away and started to leave.

"Is that so? Tell me then, cousin, who can match the impact and fear that me and my Injustice Squad have put onto this country? Who has the power to plunge an entire nation into pure chaos like we did? And if what you say is true, who can make our achievements look like child's play?" I asked my cousin as he stopped and turned to face me once more.

"The League of Villains....."
