Not even the power of the almighty Mjolnir can take down Cry. Which begs the question, can anything? Are the girls right? Can no one left in the competition beat him? We'll find out when we see him face his next opponent. And speaking of which, let's find out exactly who'll be facing him. It's time for everyone's favourite explody boy, Bakugo to go toe-to-toe with our sparkly diamond girl, Amelia. It may look like a repeat of Bakugo and Kirishima's battle from their sports festival, but it most certainly is not. It's a lot closer than you might think, so don't be surprised if there may or may not be an upset. Now, let's get back into the action and finish off the quarter finals! Enjoy!

-POV: Amelia-

"Aw man! And I was really hoping to face Harper in the semis! No!" I pouted as I was super bummed out that she lost to Cry. 

"If I win my next fight, then i'll kick that Cry dude's ass. I'll avenge you Harper and Lisa!" I spoke to myself as the announcers came back on the TV. 

"Three matches down and only one to go. Bakugo and Amelia! Who will take the final spot in the top 4!? I absolutely cannot wait for this super slug fest to begin!" Present Mic said. 

"I hope this fight isn't long. Then this whole things finishes quicker and I can go and have my nap...." Eraser Head said, looking like he was already going to fall asleep. 

"I for one hope these fights last a bit longer, then we get to see more of what these students can really do." All Might announced as the screen went back over to Mic. 

"Got a favourite to win for this next fight, Might?" Present Mic asked him as All Might gave him a nod. 

"I for one would certainly love to see the rematch between young Cry and young Bakugo, personally. Their semi final match in last years U.A sports festival sparked their intense rivalry, and during their time at U.A, I've seen them grow into fine young men. But at the same time, I wouldn't be surprised if young miss Amelia comes out on top. After all, she already scored an upset by knocking out Kirishima." All Might said as I just rolled my eyes. I didn't really care if he wasn't cheering for me. I thrive as the underdog, and it makes it all the more sweeter when I beat the person who's thought to be better than me.

"I don't blame ya for wanting to see Cry and Bakugo duke it out again. After all, they nearly leveled the stadium before. But we can't go and count out Amelia. She's certainly got the quirk to contend with someone like Bakugo. And if she plays her cards right, I think we may see yet another huge upset." Present Mic said as the P.A system came on in my room. 

"Competitor Amelia, please make your way to your entry gate. Your match will begin shortly." The voice said as the system then cut out and I got up off my couch. 

"Time to kick this dude's butt." I said as I cracked my knuckles and left my room, heading to my entry gate. 

"And here we are, time to find out who's moving on after this last quarter final match!!" Present Mic announced as I waited at my gate.

"Let me hear ya, crowd! Who do you think's gonna win this fight!? Is it gonna be Bakugo!?" All Might shouted out to the audience as the entire stadium roared with cheers. 

"Or is it gonna be Amelia!?" All Might asked again as I received pretty much the same amount of cheers. 

"Sounds pretty close. And I have a feeling they don't care which goes on. They just want to see one epic fight, am I right everyone!?" Present Mic asked as the entire crowd responded with a huge "YES!"

"I agree and i'd say everyone's tired of waiting! Let's get this fourth match underway!! Bring out the combatants!" All Might roared with excitement as the crowd cheered with him. 

"Starting things off, he surpassed his first opponent with relative ease, only ending up hurting himself in the process! Ashes to ashes, dust to dust, you're about to be crushed! When you go against this dude, your epitaph will read "I tried and I died." Rest in pieces because it's Katsuki Bakugo!!!" Present Mic announced as Bakugo entered the arena. He had that fierce smile on his face, like he was ready to kill someone. And just watching his first match, I was probably right because the dude's got a real violent nature.

"And now for his opponent! She defied all odds and knocked out Kirishima in the opening round! This young gun from Phili will leave you squealing! Big time pain is what you're gonna be feeling! Hope you've got some extra lives, because you will not survive! Put your hands together for Amelia Ramsays!" All Might shouted with intensity as I made my way into the arena. I waved to the crowd as I normally would, people cheering my name, it all feeling so freakin' awesome. But as I stepped up onto the battlefield, all that happiness went away. It was go time, and I was here to kick Bakugo's butt. 

"I'm gonna kill you." Bakugo said as he made small sparks come out of his hands. 

"Like hell that's gonna happen. I'm the one who's gonna walk on to the semi finals." I replied which just made Bakugo laugh. 

"Ha! Even if you could somehow beat me, there's no chance you could take down Cry. I'm the only person in this whole competition who can beat him and he knows it. I have a score to settle with that bastard from last year, and i'm not letting you stop me here." Bakugo said as he cracked his knuckles. 

"I can beat anything, and that includes you and Cry. Neither of you scare me, so bring it on. Hit me with all you've got, because it won't be enough." I said to him as that fierce smile of his quickly went away. 

"Alright, it's time to get this last match of the quarter finals underway!! Here we go, folks! 3.... 2.... 1....... BEGIN!!!" Present Mic screamed as Bakugo instantly held his arms straight out behind him. He then fired large explosions from his hands, launching himself forward, coming straight at me like a rocket. 

"DIE!!!" Bakugo roared as he came right up to me, whipping his left hand right at my face. And barely before I could react, he unleashed another explosion right into my face.

"In the span of a second, Bakugo delivers a monster shot to Amelia! Is the fight over already!?" Present Mic announced as I reached through the smoke and grabbed onto the hand Bakugo just struck me with. Mere moments before he hit me, I took a deep breath and turned my skin to diamond, meaning I came out with no damage at all.

"Didn't feel a god damn thing!! Now let's see if you feel this!!" I shouted as I pulled hard on Bakugo's hand, yanking him close to me as I drove my other fist into his chest, knocking the wind and some spit out of his mouth as I sent him sliding backwards along his feet. 

"You call that a punch? I've been hit by worse." Bakugo said to me as I turned my skin back to normal so I could breathe again. 

"Oh, i'm just getting warmed up. Now come on, hotshot. Show me what else you can do." I said, taunting him and pissing him off even more. 

"I haven't even begun to get serious yet! I'm gonna blow you right out of this stadium!" Bakugo shouted as he charged me, whipping both of his arms forward when he neared me. I turned my skin to diamond once more as he placed his right hand on my face and the other on my right arm. He unleashed point blank explosions on me, and he kept it up since he had a hard grip on me. And I could feel an intense amount of heat building up. He was gonna start melting my skin soon!

"Get off of me! I'd prefer to stay solid, not be turned into a liquid!" I shouted as I headbutted him, hitting him directly in his face. I forced him to let go of me as he stumbled back a bit, but he still stayed within my reach. And, as fast as I could, I deactivated my quirk to breath and then activated it again.

Come here, you! I'm not done yet!" I shouted as I reached over and grabbed the back of his head. I pulled him in close and forced his head down as I lifted up my left knee. I drove his face into my rock hard knee, breaking his nose as I let go, watching as he fell over grasping his bloody face. But he quickly scrambled back up to his feet, gritting his teeth hard as I could see fire in his eyes. 

"Now you're really dead." Bakugo said as he held his right hand flat out facing me. Then, he made a circle with the fingers of his left hand, placing the circle in front of his other hand. 

"Your little explosions don't hurt me! You can't do a thing to someone who's made out of the strongest natural material on this planet!" I bolstered as Bakugo fired another blast at me. But this one was more powerful and also condensed. It struck me dead centre in my diamond chest and the force was MUCH greater. The blast sent me flying backwards and I landed hard on my back. But I kept on sliding and I could see I was nearing the edge of the battlefield. 

"Not going out that easily!!" I bellowed as I raised up my left arm and jammed it into the floor of the battlefield, stopping me and keeping me within the boundaries. But as I got up to my feet, I looked down to my chest. It was severely cracked, meaning that last shot from Bakugo had the potential to shatter all of my diamond skin. I need to be careful around those attacks.

"Looks to me like you're all talk. If one of those blasts cracked you, then I already know I can break you to pieces." Bakugo said as he made more small sparks in his hands. 

"I'm more than just a mouth, asshole. And as long as i'm still standing, there's no one who can take me down." I said to him as I took another deep breath and turned my skin to diamond. I then began to charge him as he placed his arms behind himself. 

"I'll knock you out just like I did to your classmate in the last round! Come here!!" Bakugo shouted as he launched himself at me again, moving too fast for me to intercept as he grabbed onto my left arm with his left hand. Then, using his right hand he began to make explosions that spun us around. Faster and faster we went and I knew what he was trying to do. The same move he used to knock out Colson. But I wasn't letting him do it again. 

"Not.... falling..... for this..... trick!!!" I shouted as I raised up my left leg high into the air, but being spun around made it difficult and fairly slow thanks to the force Bakugo was spinning me at. But before he could finish with his attack,  had my leg raised high above him. 

"EAT THIS, BASTARD!!!" I roared as I drove my leg down, delivering a colossal axe kick to the top of his head. I drove his face right into the battlefield floor, cratering the ground a bit as a bunch of dust blew everywhere from the impact. And as I lifted my leg off him, I saw he wasn't moving at all. I turned to face the crowd as I raised my fists high into the air, the crowd cheering my name.

"Holy crap! I think she's done it!! It looks like Amelia's KO'd Bakugo with one mighty kick to the head!! She's gonna be moving on to the..... wait, hold on! Everybody, look down there! He's moving again!" Present Mic announced as I turned back around and saw Bakugo slowly getting back up, now on his knees. 

"You're not the only one..... who can take a beating..... and still keep ticking....." He said to me, wiping blood off his hair and then off his lips. 

"Fine with me. Means i'll just have to hit you harder next time." I said, smashing my fists together as activated my quirk yet again. I charged him and brought back my right fist to strike, but before I could reach him, Bakugo readied that same attack from before that cracked my diamond skin. 

"AP Shot!!" He roared with fury as he hit me near point blank, sending me flying away again and breaking off a few small pieces of my gemstone skin. I landed on my front this time, with my face smashing against the solid battlefield floor. But I quickly got back up and turned to face my opponent. 

"I've had about enough of you, asshole! I'm gonna knock you out with my next attack!!" I declared as Bakugo took a deep breath and then glared at me. 

"I couldn't agree more!! But i'm the one who's gonna keep on standin'! I'm the one moving on so I can beat my god damn rival!! I'M BLOWING YOU AWAY RIGHT HERE AND NOW, BITCH!!" Bakugo roared as he launched himself straight up into the air, then down at me at an angle. I charged him, preparing to deliver the hardest punch I could. And he began to spin himself in midair, creating explosion after explosion until he was essentially a huge fireball. A literal living mortar shell. 

"YOU CAN'T HURT ME!!! I WON'T BE BEATEN BY THE LIKES OF SOMEONE LIKE YOU!!!" I screamed as I threw my fist at him with all my might. 

"ULTIMATE MOVE: HOWITZER IMPACT!!!" Bakugo howled as he crashed into me, setting off a monumental explosion that nearly filled the entire arena. He hit me dead as I simultaneously struck him with my fist. 

"WOAH!! BAKUGO'S KNOWN FOR HIS EXPLOSIVE FINISHES BUT THIS MIGHT BE THE BIGGEST ONE YET!! I THINK HE'S WRECKED THE BATTLEFIELD!!" Present Mic wailed with excitement as the crowd cheered from all their hype. 

And as the smoke cleared, the two of us were revealed to the rest of the stadium. The battlefield was in pieces, barely able to stand on. Bakugo sat on his knees, bruises and scratches all over his body as he panted heavily, nearly gasping for air. Meanwhile, I laid flat on my face, motionless as the official ran over to inspect me. 

"Amelia has been knocked out! Therefore Bakugo is the winner! He advances to the semi finals!!" The official announced through his headset as the crowd erupted into cheers. 

"And there we have it!! Bakugo is our fourth and final combatant who moves on to the semi finals!! Amelia certainly gave it her all, but simply could not withstand all of Bakugo's nearly unstoppable explosions!!" Present Mic announed as I was carried out of the arena on a stretcher. 

"And with our top 4 set, we're just three matches away from crowing our world champion!! Let's have a look at our semi final match ups!!" All Might shouted as the jumbo screen displayed the next two battles. 

Match 1: Phobos vs. Trini

Match 2: Cry vs. Bakugo

In the first fight, P.H's last hope, Phobos will unleash those wicked dark flames of his against the seemingly unstoppable Trini of Queen's strong!! It's certainly a match no one will want to miss!" Present Mic announced as All Might hopped on next. 

"And following it may just be the highlight match of this entire tournament!! Old fated rivals, Cry and Bakugo clash once more in the semi finals!! Will Cry come out on top once more!? Or will Bakugo retaliate and defeat his greatest foe!? One thing's for certain, this intense rivalry will end today, folks!!"
