You met in a bar. He was your server and you chatted with him as u drank. You ended up visiting that bar a lot so gradually you became friends.
(If your not 21 then you met at a coffee shop. Same ordeal tho.)

He wrote it on a cup asking if you'd like to hang out sometime. You gladly agreed.

Where he likes to kiss you:
Its kinda difficult to kiss him but he does seem to like kissing your hand.
