He didn't really ask you out. You two happened to bump into each other in the park. It was late at night and you were sitting on a bench looking at the water. He sat next to you and you two started to chat about different subjects. He then asked if you'd be there again tomorrow.

He basically kidnapped you. He took you without asking and then cuffed you to him and said he wasn't letting you go unless you spent the day with him. You two actually had a lot of fun.
