You sat all alone in the corner of the room, watching the couples dancing around you. Why were you alone? Well a rumor had spread around that ((Crush's name)) was going to ask you to the dance.

They actually were going to but at the last minute they chickened out and also ended up going to the dance alone. Now they watched you sitting all alone in guilt. They knew it was their fault as you must have been waiting for them to ask you to the dance.

Just then, ((Second Crush's Name)) walked up to you. "May I have this dance?" they asked you.

Not wanting to sit there all alone without anyone else at your side, you nod your head. "Yeah." You laugh standing up and taking their hand.

Halfway through the dance, ((Crush's Name)) appeared and said, "Mind if I cut in?"
