At UA, it was a peaceful and sunny day. Everyone was at lunch and people were talking with their freinds. Kanashimi was sitting at a lunch table with Lily, not even touching his food. He looked sad. More sad than he always does. Lily had porbably noticed this by now.

Lily: You okay...?

Kanashimi: Yeah....I'm fine.

He wasn't fine.

Lily: *shakes her head no* You're not.

Kanashimi: Lily, I'm fine. You don't need to worry about me.

Lily: I do.

Kanashimi: *gets up from the table and walks away*

Lily: *frowns*

Kanashimi was now running. Where was he running off to? The rooftop. He was running to the rooftop. But why? I just hope that it isn't what I think it is. Luckily, Lily followed Kanashimi up the rooftop. Good, if something bad happened, she would be able to stop it.

Kanashimi was finally at the rooftop and he took a seat on the edge of the rooftop. He just stared up at the peaceful blue sky with very few clouds. He smiled. Lily stared from behind with a slight sigh, but it wasn't audible. Kanashimi didnt know that Lily had followed him up to the rooftop. While still looking at the peaceful blue sky, he started to speak to himself, but, Lily could hear all of this.

Kanashimi: *smiles* This is all kinda of a funny situation.

Lily was listening to all of this. Soon, Kanashimi started to laugh quietly. He soon stopped.

Lily: *frowns*

Kanashimi: I was just a shy and scared boy at the beginning. I got kidnapped and that's were I met Shojiki. Kotoa and the others saved us, but only to have two of their dearest freinds die. I didn't know Niko and Mika that well but I knew that they were some of the nicest people in the world. Then, that's where things started to go down hill. Katsumi shot herself in the head and Yuko tried to save her. Shojiki committed suicide in the boy's bathroom and ever since then, that boy's bathroom has been closed off....and my depression has became an everyday struggle for me now. It's not just an emotion anymore. It's a disorder. I never thought that the guy I was in love with was going to commit suicide. Even before I could even tell him that I loved him. The only person that I think cares about me is Nami. She is like a sister to me. I haven't even told her everything. When I was sad, she cared. She even got me a cat to cheer me up. But, no one else cares...why am I even alive at this point? *he starts to cry*

Lily: *quietly comes up behind him*

Kanashimi: *gets up from the edge of the rooftop and has his arms out* I guess this is goodbye. *tries to jump off the rooftop*

Lily: *grabs him by the waist*

Kanashimi: Huh? Lily? What are you doing?

Lily: *is crying* Please....don't do it..

Kanashimi walks away from the edge of the rooftop.

Kanashimi: *stares at Lily* You heard all of that, didn't you?

Lily: Yes...

Kanashimi: *is quiet*

Lily: *is quiet*

Kanashimi: *sighs* I'm just gojng through a lot right now...

Lily: We all are...

Kanashimi: Promise me you won't tell anyone about this...

Lily: *nods her head*

Kanashimi: Let's head back to the lunch room. I don't want to be up here any longer.

Lily: *nods*

The two leave the rooftop of the school and head back to the lunch room. Not that much time had passed during then, and there was still a lot of time left before lunch was going to end. They soon found their table and sat down.

Lily: *sighs and looks down a bit*

Kanashimi: *mutters* Thanks...

Lily: *nods*

Kanashimi: *mutters* If you didn't stop me, I would be dead right now as we speak.

Lily: I....just didn't want anyone else to die...

Kanashimi: I see...

Both of them are quiet for a moment.

Kanashimi: ...how have you been lately?

Lily: Eh...

Kanashimi: *is quiet*

Lily: *is quiet*

Kanashimi: ...I heard there has been a lot of villian attacks recently. All by the same one. Their name is Paradox. They haven't been caught...

Lily: *nods*

Kanashimi: What do yo think they are trying to accomplish?

Lily: ...murder every couple in town.

Kanashimi: ...why do you think that?

Lily: Think about it. Niko and Yuko died because they were a couple, same with Mika. I don't know if Shojiki was dating anyone but if I'm correct, I'm the next one on the list because I was dating Mika...

Kanashimi: What?!

Lily: *nods*

Kanashimi: That....that actually does make a lot of sense...

Lily: Mhm...

Kanashimi: This is a lot of new information....we should probably be aware of our surroundings, just to make sure that Paradox does not try to kill one of us again...

Lily: *nods her head in agreement*
