Information: Roto Kotoa has an extremely powerful quirk. Once she finds a target, she can snap her fingers and you will be frozen in time. Everyone else besides the target however, is not frozen in time. The only thing you can do once you are frozen in time is talk. She can throw any punches or kicks at you during this time. Once she snaps her fingers again, all the attacks that she did in your frozen state will take effect on you and you will get injured. Her weakness is that she can only do this to one person at a time, so battling more than one person is more difficult for her.
