News Reporter: Hello and welcome to the news! Today we are going to be talking about one of the recent bill I attacks that had happened. A villain attacked a jewelry store, stealing all jewelry with sapphires and blue diamonds in them. People that got in their way were found frozen in ice or were held back by ice around their feet, unable to break free. One of the customers at the jewelry store said that the villain seemed to be a woman in a blue dress and a mask. The mask had two blue roses in the place of where the eyes are and a flower stem with thorns on it to shape into a smile. She had patched skin, which is skin with different shades of color, pale and dark, in patch-like shapes. They also said that they saw what seemed to be short black hair in a buzzcut, which was the villain's hairstyle. The customer could not see their eye color or any other facial feature. However, the customer did felt some odd presence from the woman before she had attacked the store.

News Reporter: In other news, the woman is now being called, "The Blue Kiss". Reasons of the name is because the shop owner told the police that he saw the woman and she flirted with him. She gave him a kiss of the cheek. He said that it felt ice cold and then he started to freeze starting from where the kiss was. We think that this villain may have a quirk to do with ice but we can't be sure how they really use it. Be careful out there.
