The next day Izuku after learning what he did about his quirk decided to look into the quirks of a few heroes and villains. In particular he chose mount lady because the details about her quirk are basically public information. All for one because he knew it wouldn't be long before information about his quirk would become almost entirely hidden across the internet. And Nezu just for the challenge. As for the quirks themselves all for one was not that hard in piecing together what it does. It allows the user to give and take quirks by touch and seems to give authority over the quirks that the user has. High-spec was a deceptively easy one to solve as it does boost intelligence but ultimately Nezu had to think and better comprehend the events of his past to make use of information from his past which implies it's intelligence from some degree of enhanced comprehension. Gigantifican was fairly simple it has the ability to grow to the size of buildings with some wiggle room for skyscrapers and has partial transformations though it can be influenced by emotions such as anger to grow larger.

it was a good thing that Izuku registered his quirk as 'improved copy' and kept it hidden that just learning about quirks is enough to gain quirks and also made it say the quirks have a time limit. Because Nezu had decided to check any newly registered quirks because of an odd feeling that someone managed to figure out how his quirk works and thought that perhaps someone managed to somehow copy it. Izuku than started considering the best way to increase the raw power of his quirks and determined that the best bet was the quirk all might has. Because it definitely has a certain amount of raw power to it that could potentially help improve his quirks. Though he had a feeling that it's raw power could potentially harm him if he wasn't prepared for it so he considered getting a regeneration quirk before then. In the meantime Izuku knew he'd need some form of invisibility and a way to transform into other people so he could get started with the path he has chosen and was forced into. He might not be the hero the world wants but he's going to become the vigilante the world deserves or he's going to die trying.

Later at night while on a walk Izuku met toga. She explained how she was treated badly by her family because of her quirk and explained how it works. Safe to say that Izuku was unhappy about her parents but glad they died. Izuku explained to toga how he was treated by bakugo and how he eventually discovered his quirk along with how it works. After that they both began to grow a friendship from the common ground of being mistreated by the world along with sharing the ideal of becoming vigilantes. And in the process he gained the ability to transform into anyone he drank the blood of along with gaining a copy of the persons quirk. It was a major part of the puzzle he needed taken care of for his plan for starting up and the extra method of gaining quirks would be helpful. Izuku then explained to toga that he gained the ability to copy quirks from drinking the blood of someone who has a quirk and that it could become part of her quirk someday soon which would imply her quirk has potential to be connected to the idea of vampires. Toga then thought about it and liked the idea because it explains more about her quirk then it doesn't.

And it means she has more potential then she thought. After this conversation ended Izuku decided to ask inko if toga could live with them. After hearing what Izuku learned about toga's past it was decided that it should be fine but she must sleep in the guest bedroom. Toga decided it would fine considering the circumstances. The next morning toga informed inko about how her quirk works so she'd know what she could potentially be walking into by letting her stay. Inko didn't care about how toga's quirk works because regardless of the quirk it is still wrong to judge someone for there quirk rather than what they use it for. As a result toga living in izuku's house became a permanent thing rather than temporary. Though the detail with blood being involved with toga's quirk and being able to influence her mood if it's been too long since she had some did mean inko had to visit blood banks every once in a while. Eventually Izuku was able to help train toga to resist the influence of not having blood for a while. Izuku afterwords trained toga to retain the quirk of someone she drank the blood of. Both of which took a few months of work each to be accomplished to a degree where the results were nearly visible. Toga was now almost able to fully copy quirks from drinking someone's blood and could now go months without drinking blood without being influenced by her quirk.

Around a month later and toga was fully capable of copying quirks by drinking someone's blood. She even became able to access each transformation she had without even a drop of blood. After that day deku and toga decided to exchange a drop of blood. From this Izuku gained the ability to transform into toga and several small time criminals along with a few lesser known heroes. He also gained a mutation type of regeneration quirk that was nearly able to regenerate bones. an emitter type of stockpile quirk that only allowed the storage of energy's such as kinetic energy and electricity along with any other energy. A few that collectively enhanced all his senses aside from taste. And most importantly an emitter type invisibility quirk that only is active when the user wants it to be and has theoretically no time limit. Toga on the other hand gained a copy of deku's quirks along with the ability to transform into him. After that day inko was always unsure which of them was toga and which of them was Izuku
