It was the afternoon before the Music Bank concert in Mexico City. Florencia and her sister Acacia were in the room, sat on the soft carpeted floor, playing Nintendo games on their television. Their sister Margarita was sat on one of the two beds in the room, which she shared with their mother. The oldest of the girls was scrolling through her social media feed when she spoke up to get her sisters' attention. Margarita was twenty three. Three years older than Florencia, and four years older than Acacia. 

The age difference made it more difficult for the three to be very close, but they got along just fine. It had been more difficult to get along when they were children. Added to their age difference was the fact that Margarita didn't have the green eyes the rest of her family had, and it always made her feel like the outcast.

"I changed my social media usernames to jarochamo." She said aloud to the two girls playing video games. "Do you think that's a good handle to go by? Tell me the truth, if it sounds dumb I'll change it." 

Both girls thought about it. But Acacia was the one to speak first. "What does the mo bit stand for?"

Florencia rolled her eyes in mock annoyance at the fact that it hadn't yet sunk in for the youngest Orizaba sister. "It stands for Margarita Orizaba, dude. Jarocha Margarita Orizaba." Jarocha or jarocho was the word that was used to define someone who was from the Mexican state of Veracruz. Just like the people from Monterrey were called regiomontanos, and people from Guadalajara were called tapatios.

"Oh..." Acacia dragged out the word as she came to her realization. A smile formed on her lips as she gave her older sister a thumb's up. "I like it."

"Thank you." Margarita smiled happily. She was about to put her phone away when something on her feed caught her attention. "Florencia," She astarted. The two girls paused the game they were playing and turned to face in her direction. Her sister wiggled her eyebrows at Florencia as she spoke, "Who is this oohsehun person that keeps liking all your posts on instagram, seriously?"

A smile broke out onto Florencia's face. Truth be told, she hadn't even talked to the boy yet. But there was an unspoken communication between them where he would like her posts, and she would like his back. That was all there was at the moment. She had initially gotten a liking for another boy who followed her of the three, Park Chanyeol, who she thought was more handsome. But he was paying zero attention to her, and was instead spending his time liking every post a girl with the username gutilozz was uploading. Florencia had clicked on the girl's profile and saw that she was just a normal girl with a small amount of followers and she couldn't make the connection on how they would know each other.

She soon forgot about Park Chanyeol when Oh Sehun started silently approving of her instagram posts by hitting the like button. 

"But the fact that she's shamelessly flirting back." Acacia teased, elbowing her sister who was sat beside her, lightly. "You do realize everyone who follows you on instagram can see all the posts you've liked." Now they were going to see the constant spam of likes she was giving his photos.

Florencia's smile dropped and in its place came a look of worry. "Oh my god, that's so embarrassing." She dropped the game controller at her feet and covered her face with her hands.

"Wait. But who is he?" Margarita asked again, still curious.

"Florencia's very own immortal words: some really hot Asian guy. Honestly, all we really know is that his name is Oh Sehun." Acacia replied while Florencia was still hiding behind her own hands as though that would stop the rest of the world from seeing her activity feed online. "I heard that there's going to be this thing called Music Bank at the Arena Ciudad de Mexico and a bunch of Asian artists are going to perform there."

"And he has a crush on Flor!" Margarita gushed with excitement. "We should see if we can get tickets so that they can meet."

"Ugh. Stop!" Florencia whined, feeling her face turning an embarrassing shade of red.

With a shake of her head, Acacia informed them, "I doubt we'll be able to get tickets. I looked up Music Bank on the ticketmaster website yesterday because I was bored and it says its a sold out show tomorrow night. Florencia will never meet her really hot Asian guy."

"Acacia, Margarita, stop trying to plan out my love life." Florencia picked herself off the carpet floor and rushed to her bed. She grabbed the two pillows and playfully chucked them at her sisters with a laugh. 

Before anyone knew it, a pillow fight had broken out in Florencia Orizaba's hotel room.

The boys were back at their hotel room at night, one day away from the Music Bank concert in Mexico City. For the past three days, Sehun and Florencia had been essentially stalking each other on instagram, but never communicating. He would like her pictures minutes after she posted them, and she would do the same. 

Baekhyun was preoccupied finding out information about the twenty year old model for his friend, though he didn't know Sehun was doing research of his own. Chanyeol was keeping busy on his free time texting Guti while Junmyeon, Jongin, and Kyungsoo had gone out to a restaurant nearby to have dinner. When they tried to convince the three other members to come along, all declined under the excuse that they wouldn't be able to communicate with anyone because they didn't speak any Spanish. "How would we even order our food?" Baekhyun had argued, raising an eyebrow in question.

Kyungsoo rolled his eyes at him. "There are a lot of people in Mexico who speak English."

"Well you aren't exactly a pillar of logic when you speak English though, Soo." Baekhyun pointed out. 

The younger of the two boys shot his hyung a glare, but didn't retaliate with any arguments of his own. While it was true that the members of EXO spoke English, it was also true that they weren't exactly the best at it. But of all the members, Kyungsoo spoke English the best. He knew that Baekhyun knew it and was just teasing him.

In the end, half of the boys went out for dinner, while three stayed behind in the hotel room. Baekhyun had even forced Junmyeon and Kyungsoo to promise him that they would bring him some food. They reluctantly did.

"I found more information for you about your Miss Universe crush that I want to share with you." Baekhyun informed with excitement as he rushed over from his bed to the one where Sehun was sitting across the room. The television was on, programmed on a channel that Guti had suggested Chanyeol to watch where they played Mexican dramas all day. Chanyeol was not paying attention to the television, but rather clicking away text messages to his friend Narda Gutierrez Lozano with interest.

Hearing what Baekhyun was going to tell Sehun, he chimed in, "Don't get involved, Baek. Let him do this on his own."

"But where's the fun in that?" Baekhyun argued. 

Plopping himself down on the other bed next to Sehun, he scrolled through his phone to pull up the information he was going to show their maknae. "She has two sisters, one older and one younger. Their names are Margarita and Acacia." When he found what he was looking for, he turned his phone over to show Sehun the instagram account of Margarita Orizaba. "Margarita is her older sister, twenty three years old. Username jarochamo. She was crowned Miss Veracruz in 2009 at age eighteen, but flopped at the Miss Mexico competition when she didn't even make it into the top ten. Now she models and has done a bit of acting."

He clicked out of Margarita's account and hit the search bar, typing out the username for the next account. "Her younger sister is Acacia Orizaba, nineteen years old. Username babygreeneyes. She was also crowned Miss Veracruz, like her sisters before her. Miss Veracruz 2012 at age seventeen, the same year that Florencia became Miss Universe." Baekhyun turned the phone to show Sehun Acacia's account. At the top was a picture she had posted with Florencia, both of them with bright and smiling faces. "There were high hopes for her to be crowned Miss Mexico and then Miss Universe. She was crowned Miss Mexico the following year, but didn't end up winning the Miss Universe title."

"You're like a detective." Sehun commented in a daze. It was so much information and it had only taken his group mate about a day to gather it.

"And there's more." Baekhyun assured him. Now clicking out of the instagram app, he went into the internet and typed the name Valentina Zavala Orizaba in the search bar. The picture he clicked on was in low picture quality and looked to be several years old. He turned his phone for Sehun to see the picture better as he explained. "This is Valentina Zavala Orizaba, Florencia's mother. She was Miss Jalisco in 1985, and Miss Mexico in 1986. In 1987 she was the runner up at the Miss Universe pageant. The people of Mexico--and most of the world--saw it as the biggest injustice in beauty pageants because everyone thought Valentina deserved the title more than the girl that was crowned. When Florencia won, everyone saw it as the crown her mother should have gotten as well because they say she most looks like her mother out of her sisters. But that means Florencia comes from a dynasty of Beauty queens."

By the end of Baekhyun's run down of Florencia's family--after talking about their mother, he went into detail about their father, his businesses, and his football teams--Sehun felt like his head was about to explode with information. To his relief, the three other boys returned from their dinner with food for the other three boys. That was enough to steer Baekhyun off his investigating, at least for the night. 

Sehun already felt like he knew so much about Florencia Orizaba, and he hadn't even met her yet.

another update for this story because i have a ton of fun updating this one. i think i have the most fun updating this one and sasaeng because personally i am mexican and connect with the characters better. also, i know about their culture perfectly bc im the same culture and i dont really have to research it before writing the chapter as i do with no you girls and replacement.

i hope you all like the update. and sorry for including too many ig posts. i think its a lot of fun to do that bc we get to see more into the characters' personal lives. but i'll try to keep it to two ig pictures or less per chapter.
