If I put you on this list and you've already put in your payment, please forgive me. Part of this issue is me not getting around to updating the payment statuses of the OTA adopts, admittedly. This is not here to shame anyone, nor to attack them. I'm just a little tired of waiting, especially since I'm almost out of room for any new OCs, and am also trying to gather art of OCs to use for writing, covers, collages, and even some theme song videos.

Apologies to anyone who feels like they're being called out. The reality is, though, if anyone is gonna be embarrassed here, it's me because I can almost 100% guarantee you that I'm gonna put people on this list that have already paid and then I'm gonna feel like a downright idiot, or more of one than I already am anyway (if that's even possible).
