When you love someone! You may come to the point that you aren't thinking of yourself anymore. You will forget about yourself! You will forget about your happiness! It's okay even if you're hurt, just to make sure that your love is happy. Only because of Love do people stop being selfish! You can do everything for that love! Sacrifice and endurance will be your forte in life, even if it hurts already if it's for you! You can take and accept anything.

I have a boyfriend named Mew! I met him in college, and we both were taking up a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at that time. We are always together at that time. Every single day, we are there for each other, may it be at the happy point of life or in sadness! Mew had a girlfriend before, and when they broke up, he realized that I was the one whom he really loved and courted me, and eventually, after months of trying to prove himself to me. I saw that he was worth it and good for me, I agreed to be his boyfriend.

I have known since I was a child that I'm attracted to a guy, but I never showed it before. Only to Mew! I was so afraid of what my family and others would say to me that I decided to hide it. I was single until Mew came and changed everything.

Mew and I are so happy at that time. He is my inspiration to persevere, and I know I am his. Thankfully, we both graduated, but because I live in the province and I'm just studying here in the city, I had to go back there to visit my family. Mew allows me, and we promise that we will always talk to each other every day so that we won't miss each other company. I remained in the province for how many months, as per the request of my family. They knew I needed to return to the City to find a job, so they asked me if I could stay with them for a while, and I agreed.

Author POV

Mew: Baby! I miss you so much! I wasn't so sure if I could survive not having you beside me! Thankfully, I did! You have no idea how much I've been trying to stop myself from going to your province and letting them know who I am in your life.

He said this while holding Gulf on his arm. His boyfriend is also seated on his lap and hugging him back.

Gulf: Babe! You know I have to go home. My dad had been asking this me months before we even graduated. They've been expecting this. About you telling them that you are my love, we will come to the point eventually, babe! I promise! It's just that for now, I still have to ready myself about how I would do it. I don't want to shock them, especially dad! It's only been three months that we need to been away from each other.

Mew: Baby! Three months is too much for me! But now that you are with me, I will not let you go again.

Gulf: Ahh, okay!

Mew: Baby? You sound weird! Do you have a problem?

Gulf: Nothing, babe! This is nothing! I'm just thinking of something.

Mew: Tell me about it, baby!

Gulf: It's really nothing, Babe!

Mew: Please, baby! Please tell me!

Gulf: Okay! Okay! It's just that now that we have already done it. I'm just worried that something might change between us. I know how much you've respected me this past year of our relationship. You're respecting my decision for us to do this when I'm already graduated from College!

Mew: What change are you talking about, baby?

Gulf: I don't know! Maybe because you already got me, as in the whole me. You will feel like you have nothing to gain from me and just move on to the other.

Mew: (Remove Gulf from him and stand from the bed) How can you think of that Gulf! You know how much I love and respect you! I've waited for a year not only because you ask me, but because I respect your decision. I only want you to be happy, and trust me that this is not the only thing I want from you! What I want is you! The whole you, not only the physical you!

Gulf: I'm sorry, baby! You know this is my first time, right? I'm just afraid to lose you! I don't want to lose you, babe!

Mew: I'm not like that, baby! I'm not like those other men who only want to get you, and when they do, they will leave you! You are my love! You hold my heart dearly that if you leave me, I will die! Don't you trust me?

Gulf: I trust you, babe! I can't help but think about it.

Mew: You know me, baby! You think I can lie and leave you?

Gulf: No!

Mew: See! You know me, baby! You have known me for four years already! Why are you still doubting me?

Gulf: I'm sorry, babe! Maybe because this is my first time, and I have so many things that I dream of for the both of us. Something that I want us to achieve and have in the future.

Mew: I know, baby! I'm like that too! I want to have my future with you! I will marry you, remember?

Gulf: Really? Will you marry me?

Mew: Yes! We just need to earn more money for that because we need to do that in another country where gay marriage is legal. I want to be wed with you, baby! I want to spend my whole life with you! Maybe have two children in the future and a dog! (Laughs in the end)

Gulf: You're thinking about that already?

Mew: About what? Our future?

Gulf: Yes!

Mew: Of course, baby! How can I not! You are the only person. I want to spend my life with you! Only you, baby! I want you to be the one who would take care of my children with me! Only if that is what you want to do.

Gulf: (Instantly stand up and goes to Mew and Hugs him) Of course, Baby! You have no idea how happy you're making me right now! I want to spend my life with you!

Mew: Are you sure?

Gulf: Yes, babe! Do you think I will give myself to you willingly if I'm not looking forward to spending my whole life with you? Just promise me one thing!

Mew: What is it, baby?

Gulf: Promise me that you will never leave me! That you will never go me to choose others! That I'm the only one for you!

Mew: (Nodded) Even if you don't ask me to promise! That is what I plan to do in the future! My future with you!

Gulf: Really? Why didn't you say your promise?

Mew: You didn't need that word because it's just a word, baby! I will just prove to you through my actions that you are the only one that I love!

Gulf: Thank you, Babe! I love you!

Mew: I love you more!
