Note: (" ")= Kenny's muffled voice 

Strokes of the chalkboard were heard as the 4th grade teacher,Mr Garrison wrote "Today's Lesson: Endangered Animals" on the board.  

"Okay children,this week we are gonna learn about endangered animals,but first we must take attendance"

he reached for the clipboard on his desk.As he took attendance,some of the kids on the 2 row looked over to a empty desk,Mr Garrison sighed as he got to the next name

"Kiara Baxter?

"Still absent......" 

the entire class said that all at once,as if they were commanded to say it by Sargent or something. As Mr.Garrison went over attendance Stan leaned over to Kyle 

"Dude,How long has she been absent?"  

 "A week or two? I didn't count it" 

"How could she be absent for this long?" 

"She can't be sick.....even my illnesses don't last a whole week" 

"Do you think she's just skipping school?...." 

"Pretty likely,she is as she would put it....." 

Kyle cleared his throat  "The girl your parents feared would become" he said as he did the airquotes with his hands 

"Well whatever it is im just glad that she is gone" said Cartman butting into the conversation,he never liked Kiara since they had some....to put it mildly "scuffles" in the past so having her gone was paradise for him 

"Cartman! She is still a student despite her actions,show her some respect!" Kyle scolded Cartman 

("Plus she's not all that bad....one you get to know her") Kenny added 

"Why not? She's not here right now,it's not like she can hear us" Cartman replied somewhat ignoring Kenny's comment,to be fair...Cartman's not wrong. 

As the conversation between Kyle,Cartman,and Kenny dragged on,Stan tried his hardest to pay attention to the lesson but all he heard was "blah blah blah 2500 species on the brink of extinction blah blah" as he tried to fight the urge to rest 

Then suddenly before he could catch a single z the bell rang and all of the students ran out the door to go to recess. Stan questioned this....the bell usually doesn't ring until much later.Stan automatically assumed what was going on around him was just a dream as he imagined himself still sleeping in the classroom. (Lucid Dreaming ftw) 

[Meanwhile in a unknown area] 

"What's g-g-g-g-going on?" 

"You two need to see this" 

"It's perfect........." 

"We've successfully examined and observed the species of this doberman mix breed....so now we can begin...." 

"Mew Project...."  

"Commence!" 

[Outside the School] 

Stan was about to go to his friend Kyle,who was sitting on the front steps of the school.When he saw his dog Sparky from a distance.Stan froze,"What is Sparky doing out of the house?" were one of the many questions running through his head.

He wanted to go see Kyle but he knew that Sharon,might be pissed with Stan if she noticed the dog got out.So Stan ran after his dog for a short while,stopping a little to catch his breath. 

Sparky then stopped at near the edge of Stark's Pond,Stan suddenly stopped running as soon as he got close to his dog.

Stan was worried that Sparky might drown if he tried to swim in the pond.So in a attempt to get Sparky to him,Stan patted his knee caps saying "Come here boy" 

Sparky seemed to have obeyed Stan's encouragement and he walked towards him.However as Sparky did Stan realized the entire world had turned all green and sparkly......He didn't seem to question it since he still thought it was just a dream.

He picked up Sparky but then Stan's body turned all light blue even his clothes "What in the world?!" he thought,almost dropping Sparky. Even in a "Dream" he was in shock.Then Sparky floated into Stan,practically merging with him.

Stan just realized what he just saw and almost screamed in panic,but he didn't what to attract any unnecessary attention to himself for fear of having to tell anybody what just happened.He realized his friends might be worried about him. 

Stan quickly dashed back to school,noticing he was must faster than usual.He came to the conclusion that merging with Sparky must have given him dog abilities such as super sense of smell and fast speed. 

He quickly rushed over to Kyle,who was still sitting on the schools front steps. "Woah dude! When did you get so fast?" he said to Stan,sort of playfully mocking him.

"Uh....well you know.....couldn't leave my best friend hanging for too long" Stan nervously said to Kyle.This was half true but of course Stan wasn't willing to tell the full story yet.....nobody would believe him but lying to his friend might be even worst...... 

Kyle and Stan played together for the rest of recess until the bell rang.Stan wondered where he was right now,maybe still sleeping in the class and probably past recess. 

When he sat down at his desk he thought that since it's all a dream maybe if he told Kyle would happen he would believe Stan,it is a dream,anything that happens is up to you....right? 

[After School] 

Stan put a note on Kyle's backpack asking if they wanted to meet up at Stark's Pond,after doing so he quickly ran out the door to get to Stark's Pond before Kyle does,being that he now merged with Sparky,that was easy. 

As he ran he saw a figure in the distance,he couldn't make out the gender of the person figure since they were pretty far away.He was a little creeped out since he thought someone was stalking him but then his mind quickly changed back to getting to the pond,which changed his negative thoughts into ways it could be just someone he knew.  

Stan got to the pond and was all exhausted,he stopped to catch his breath panting and wheezing. He sat on one of the benches watching the fishes in the pond as he waited for Kyle. He started thinking about Kyle's reaction the whole situation,not that it really mattered because it was just a dream. 

As he waited for Kyle,out of the corner of his eye Stan saw something being thrown and some black electricity.However it must have been thrown pretty fast,for the moment that Stan blinked it was gone. He rubbed his eyes thinking that it was just a illusion. 

Kyle finally got to the pond,Stan quickly got up from the bench and walked up to Kyle slowly.As he mentally prepared himself for any question or reaction that Kyle would ask. 

"So what did you call me for this time?" 

"So.......were you ever wondering why i was acting a bit weird...with the fast running and all...?" 

"Yeah....." 

"Well...you see....

Suddenly as the two were talking Stan saw a large,squid-like,figure coming up from behind Kyle.Stan froze and he almost went blank. 

"What's wrong dude?"

"Kyle! Look out!" 

Stan pointed behind Kyle and suddenly *Wham!* Kyle was hit by a large tentacle and was sent flying into a tree.

"KYLE!!!!!" shouted Stan as he ran towards Kyle's body.Stan decided now was the time to wake up from this odd dream turned nightmare.He pinched himself and let out a "ouch!",he opened his eyes to still see Kyle's body,that was when Stan knew.....he wasn't dreaming.

But before Stan could get another thought in he turned around to see the giant squid monster that was about to blast Stan with water,Stan closed his eyes not wanting to see his possible demise. 

*Splash!* 

Stan opened his eyes expecting to see heaven or at least the giant squid monster or Kyle's body.Instead he saw himself standing on the branch of a tree with a boy roughly his age. 

The boy had short brown hair,a black suit and tie with yellow buttons (including ones on the ends of the sleeves),a white undershirt,a black necktie,black pants,and black shoes.

"Are you ok?" 

"Wha-.......Who are you?!" 

"No time for introductions we must deal with that chimera first!" 

"Chimera?" 

"I'll explain later" 

"Wait a second! We?! how am i gonna-" 

Suddenly the part of the branch Stan was standing on snapped and he fell to the ground  exposing a mark on his leg,fortunately he landed without any serious injures. 

He rubbed his back trying to soothe the impact of the fall but then stopped when he looked at the chimera octopus,Stan gulped in fear. 

"Stan!" 

Stan looked to see the boy that rescued him on the tree branch holding a pendant in his hand. "You're gonna need this if you wanna save your friend". Then he threw it to Stan as the pendant glowed 

"Mew Blueberry!" 

"Mew Blueberry?" 

Stan grabbed the pendant....He could feel something calling out to him....His heart was calling out to him! 

Mew Mew Blueberry! Metamorpho-sis! (*insert the transformation sequence and music here*)

"Now we're talking! It begins today!" The boy cheered from the tree branch

Stan realized what just happened and that he was wearing different clothes as well as dog ears and a tail. "What in the world just happened!?" he asked himself as he slowly floated down from his transformation.

The chimera tried to blast more water at Stan,but he dodged the water blast.He sort of felt that words were coming out of his mouth almost automatically,like he knew exactly what to do and when. He wondered if his Mew form was the cause.which was very likely that it was.

Berry Guitar!

Suddenly a blue acoustic guitar with appeared in front of Stan,the chimera raised its fin to hit him but Stan strummed the guitar causing a sound wave that repelled the chimera away from Stan.

"Alright! you squid...monster....thing...I will make you pay for hurting my best friend!" Stan said and he jumped his way to the top of a very big tree 

"I'll show you my bites worst than my bark! Woof!~" 

The chimera tried to swing at Stan with it's tentacles but Stan jumped up high into the air and activated his weapon.

"Ribbon Blueberry......CHASE!!" 

Stan's attack surrounded the Chimera and shattered it's collar leaving nothing but a small, normal squid,which fell back into the pond.

Stan turned back to his normal form and ran towards Kyle's body "I say! That was splendid don't you think?" said the boy with in the black suit and tie. 

"Now will you please for the love of all that is holy and good,tell me what's going on!" Stan said somewhat agitated,mainly over Kyle being injured but also because he wasn't getting any answers 

"Timmy!" 

"Timmy?! Is that you?" Stan asked as he saw Jimmy and Timmy walk over to the suit and tie wearing boy 

"Wow Stan you sure gave that Chimera a good b-b-but whooping Stan" Jimmy said to Stan in a congratulating manner

The suit and tie wearing boy looked at Kyle's body "Don't worry about your friend,he's just fainted...yeah let's put it at that" he said 

The suit wearing boy picked up Kyle's body,"Timmy,Jimmy,take Stan to a secret area to tell him about our project,i'll take his friend to a safer area" he commanded and the two did.
