The next day had arrived and Emma had awoken early as she was gonna go for a run. And not a run with her super speed.

"What are you doing up so early" Duncan asks noticing he was now no longer alone in the common room of the cabin.

"I should ask you the same thing" Emma responds.

"I couldn't sleep very well" he confesses.

"And I'm going for a run" she says.

"I'll come with" he offers

"I'll be back in 45 minutes I'll be fine." she replies. "Here's my number text me if Emily needs me back before I get back."

I'm running on the beach and it's nice, Emma thinks to herself. And that's when her phone buzzes.

Hey it's Duncan, Emily wants me to warn you, Willow she's a wild horse we've been trying to train, she got out 10 minutes ago. If you see her do not approach her.

But Emma only gets half way through reading it when she hears the sound of hoof beats nearing.

"Woah" she yells.

5 minutes later

"Emma stay as still as you can" Emily yells.

"Shh shh it's ok girl" Emma whispers to the horse in front of her.

The horse gets startled.

"Duncan whatever you are doing its pissing the angry horse off. And I'd prefer not to get trampled today." Emma shouts.

"I'm gonna toss you this lead rope. Your gonna have to clip it to her lead rope and lead her back to the stables" Emily yells tossing a rope.

"Emily I'll walk with her you drive" Duncan says tossing Emily the keys.

The two walk in an awkward silence for a bit. So Emma does something about it.

"Emily, how does she know my mom?" She asks

"Her name is Maya Parker right? Cause I've never heard Emily talk of her before." Duncan replies. A short while later they arrive back at the barn.

"Oh my gosh you found her." A girl yells rushing over to them startling the horse.

"Emma" Emily yells.
The horse having jumped looking as if it were going to stomp; Emma knocked to the ground falling on her arm.

"I'm fine I heal quickly" she remarks.

"I'm gonna call your parents anyway" Emily responds.

"How do you think they'll take it?" Iris asks sitting on the couch next to Maya.

"Hello" Barry asks picking up his phone. "Ok we're on our way"

"What" Maya asks

"It's Emma she fell on her arm" He replies.

"They should be here soon" Emily says. 

"You didn't have to" Emma says turning from where she was lying.

"Where is she" Maya asks turning a corner.

"Elisa is that you" Emily asks turning around.

"Well it's Maya, Maya Parker now" she replies

"Mom! Dad!" The twins yell Emma running over to her father, Ricky to his mother.

"Kids go grab the tubs I put in your bags and meet me in the 'cabin of fame' " Maya says so her kids run off.

"You were really fast." Emily responds.

"We were in town visiting Thea and Roy" Barry exclaims.

They get in the cabin of fame and the kids are already there.

"Children there is something you should know. Before I left starling city my life was great. I rode my horse here at this stable. I was on the rifle team for starling city high school. I played soccer till that day. I was on the field, my brother was sitting next to my boyfriend who I didn't know was in a gang. That was until my brother took a bullet in the retaliation hit." Maya says showing the kids the metals she won.

"Mom I'm so sorry" Ricky exclaims.

"Ms. Parker I'm so sorry for your loss" Duncan says.

But all Emma can do is run outta the cabin; Duncan not far behind her.
