recipe: egg sandwich

Egg sandwich🥪 is a favourite breakfast option in my house! We all love it. It's easy to make, quick and delicious.🌟🥰
I will be sharing the recipe first and then add a few more tips and alternatives. So, let's get started!🍽️
🔴 Ingredients:
1 egg.
2 slices of bread (white, brown, multi-grain - depends on your preference)
Chopped onions.
Chopped tomatoes.
Chopped green chillies. (Avoid if you cannot tolerate the spice or if you are making this for kids)
Salt.
Crushed black pepper.
1 cheese slice.
Tomato ketchup.
Butter.
🔴 Procedure:
Step 1: Heat up a pan on medium flame and add some butter.
Step 2: Break an egg on the pan. Add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chillies, salt as per taste, crushed black pepper on top of it.
Step 3 : As the egg is cooking, take 1 bread slice. Apply butter on one side and cheese slice on the other. Take the 2nd bread slice. Apply butter on one side and tomato ketchup on the other.
Step 4: Meanwhile, one side of the egg must have cooked. Flip it over and cook it for some more time.
Step 5: After the egg is cooked, take it off the pan.
Step 6: Place the egg between the 2 bread slices and place it on the pan.
Step 7: Cook both sides of the sandwich evenly and let the cheese slice inside melt.
Step 8: Take the sandwich off the pan and turn off the heat. Your delicious egg sandwich is ready to eat!🍽️
🔴 Tips and Alternatives:
1. Serve this with mango smoothie or freshly cut fruits and some nuts to make it a delicious and healthy breakfast meal everybody looks forward to!
2. If you are late for somewhere and want to make this a quick breakfast meal, feel free to skip the onions, tomatoes and onions. I know chopping vegetables is a task. Worry not, it still tastes amazing!
3. To those who are intolerant to cheese, you may replace it with mayonnaise.
4. If you prefer runny yolk, feel free to cook the egg on low flame and skip Step 4.
