"Master." The war angel stood in front of the slightly anxious cyborg who has been anticipating the news on Metanoia's destruction for the past few weeks.

"Kismet, you can simply address me as Hugo." He responded whilst pacing around the dimly lit room. "Is she gone?"

"I'm afraid not-"

"Why?!" He stammered, cutting Kismet off.

"I found her in a well kept and almodt untouched village. She was not alone-"

"No. She's alone! It's impossible for her to be with anyone else! I gave you one job. One job! Annihilate the damn machine!"

"Hugo, please let me finish speaking."

"I am you fucking creator, you don't tell me what the fuck to do."

"There was a cyborg." The war angel continued despite Hugo's anger. My job is to annihilate the android, and I will. No matter what.

"Cyborg?" The angered man slightly calmed down. "Was there anyone else with them?"

"Two humans. They appeared to be male and female."

"Shit. Okay. Stay here for now and wait for my next instructions. I need to think." He walked out the room in a mix of distraught and relieved emotions. "She's alive... She's alive! But I doubt she'd want to see me ever again."

"I did things against her will. I did things that made her resent me." The cyborg spoke aloud as he walked back to his personal quarters, ignoring the stares of the guards, maids, and the "last of humanity" that passed by him in their tattered clothes.

Once he entered his room, he shut his door in a furious manner then  paced to his desk, slamming his hands on them and exhaling heavily. "What the fuck am I going to do about this."

His eyes travelled to the picture frame  that sat peaceful a few minutes away from him. A photo of himself and a little girl who seemed to be smiling forcefully.

"I was only doing this for the good of mankind my daughter." He grabbed the frame while a tear slipped out of one of his still real eyes. "Maybe if we lived a few centuries ago, we would've been able to live together happily."

As much as Hugo seemed like a cruel, heartless man who had a deranged idea for saving humanity, he still had a heart that loved his daughter.

"I am very sorry, Saki."

After spending a few hours alone with his thoughts, Hugo returned to Kismet with the decision that he'd join her, in order to reunite with his daughter and hopefully "change her mind."

"And what about the two humans?" Kismet asked.

"Dispose them. They are nothing but garbage."

"Okay."

"We will leave tomorrow. I need time to prepare my suit."

"Okay."

"Can't you say something other than okay?!" Hugo growled.

"Is it not efficient? I am sorry if I am upsetting you."

"Damned robots." He rolled his eyes and stormed out of the room heading straight to where he stored his personal equipment made for times like this.

Guns, jetpacks, mechanical wings-
He felt it would be a little odd to use the mechanical wings so he decided to pick up one of his jetpacks.

"Damned 71 and 72. It's your fault she left me and never thought of turning back."
