I don't understand hopeless.
Maybe it's because there always seems to be some sort of miracle surgery or prescription cure in the form of a pill.
Maybe it's because there's all kinds of help for you: antidepressants or therapy or self care.

I can't understand a hopeless situation. I refuse to accept the fate you've chosen is without other possible paths. Not for you.
