3rd pov

It was a normal day for you. You got up from your bed and got dressed.

This is what you wear

(Y/N)'s pov

I made myself some pancakes, grabbed my basket, and went outside to go get more herbs for a potion. It was complete silence. Just the way I like it. Then I saw a kid with a pink sweater and pink hair stumble on ground. He was very beat up. I checked bag if I had packed a tomato. I didn't. I ran towards the kid. He looked so young. Who would do such a thing. He fell asleep before I could ask him anything. I saw a monster fly towards us. It was a cloud with an eye in the middle. I grabbed the boy and dodged the cloud's attack. I wave my wand and cast a blast spell and the cloud exploded. I walked away with the kid in my arms. I got in my house and lay the boy down on my bed. I walked into the kitchen and looked for the ingredients for a healing potion. I looked at the recipe and I was missing one thing. I couldn't get it right now. I grabbed some bandages and walked towards my room. The kid was awake and crying. Oh my... I thought to myself. "Are you okay?" I asked. The kid was still crying. He must be in so much pain... I thought. I sat on the bed and picked him up. There were scratches and wounds that were bleeding. I cleaned and wrapped the wounds in bandages. The kid was stop crying and looked at me. "It'll be okay," I said in a soothing voice, "stay with me until you're better." The kid hugged me and I hugged back. "What's your name?" I asked. "Kirby." He said. "What happened to you Kirby?" I asked.

(After explaining in the best way Kirby could since Kirby is 3 years old)

"Do you have any parents?" I asked. He nodded 'no' and said in a way that he lived with his friends. "How about you live with me?" I suggested. He gave a smile and called me 'mama'. "You can call me (Y/N)," I said. "Mama (N/N)!" Kirby said. [(N/N) = Nick Name] I looked outside and it was quite dark. "Let's go to bed," I said, "we'll go to Cappy Town tomorrow." I opened the windows. The trees were blowing in the wind. Kirby got a bit scared. I walked to the bathroom and changed into my pj's. I walked out and looked for the smallest night gown I had. Once I got it, I told Kirby to change. He looked adorable in it. I grabbed him and sat on the bed. As we heard the wind brush against the branches, I started to sing.

I stroked his hair. He started to fall asleep. I lay him down. I got up to close the windows. I lay on the bed and held Kirby. "Good night," I said.
