As soon as I got home, my mother grabbed me by my hair and threw me into a bookshelf. I passed out after hearing someone yell my name. Five hours later, I woke up in a white room. "Mystery," a female voice cried out. I looked at the crying woman, only to see one of my friends, Siren Harper. She called a doctor into the room. "How are you, Miss. Foley," he asked. I answered, "Good." Siren looked at me with a very worried expression. The doctor left and a cop entered. He told me that my mother was arrested for child abuse and attempted murder. I thanked them for saving my life. "There was a white haired man with golden eyes, yelling at my mother," Siren stated. I was shocked to hear that the man from the forest, had saved me. The doctor came back and cleared me to leave. Siren took me home and went home herself. I cooked bacon and toast for dinner and sat on the couch to watch Ridiculousness. I heard a knock on the door and went to open it. The cop from the hospital, was outside and said that my mother escaped and that I need to be careful. When he left, I turned off the TV and went to bed. Five weeks went by and school was ending today. I couldn't wait to stay in the house for the summer. At lunch, I saw Sasha walking towards me. "Hey loser," she said, "your mother should have killed you when you were born!" I rolled my eyes, grabbed my stuff, and left. I was so sick and tired of her shit. I ran into Kyla and Hanna, waving to me. "Hey girls," I hollered. "Hey," they shouted back. After school ended, we walked to my house. Next thing I knew, people were screaming and calling out to me. I felt sharp pain in my back and passed out.
