Third person pov

Nayeon was struggling to get out of her straitjacket but a few doctors came to give her a shot ❝Miss Nayeon, it's time for your shot❞ Nayeon look at the first doctor and said ❝I don't want it❞ Nayeon was still struggling to get her straitjacket  ❝Miss Nayeon, you have to get the shot or else we will force you to take it.❞ Doctor #2 said, Nayeon laughed insanely and that makes the doctors look at each other in confusion ❝what is funny?❞ Doctor #1 said. Nayeon got up and somehow got out of her straitjacket ❝She got her straitjacket out!?❞ Doctor #3 said, Nayeon went to the doctor #1 and said ❝You.❞ then Nayeon grab the shot from doctor #1 and stick it on their neck forcefully causing doctor #1 to scream and blood coming out.

No one's pov

Doctor #2 was scared and couldn't do anything and ran away from Nayeon's room, Nayeon went to doctor#3 and grab their heart from their body and doctor#3 dies, Nayeon drop the heart and stomp on it. Nayeon went out of her room and walk like a zombie until Dr. Park saw Nayeon ❝Miss Nayeon, you can't be out here!❞ Nayeon look at Dr. Park and ran to her and try to bite her neck. Dr. Park and Nayeon were struggling as doctors ran to grab Nayeon ❝GET OFF OF ME!? LET ME GO!?❞ Nayeon said while struggling to get out of the doctors grip ❝take her to the padded cell!❞ Dr. Park got up and said as the doctors took Nayeon to the white room, Dr. Park was breathing hard and went to sit down.

Sana's pov

I was listening to some music while driving and singing until my phone was ringing and stop driving then I answered my phone ❝Hello?❞ I said ❝Sana, you need to come back!!❞ Dr. Park said and I was confused ❝Why?❞ ❝Nayeon killed doctor #1 and #3 then she try to bite my neck!❞ Dr. Park said and I was shocked ❝I'm coming!❞ I said while hanging up my phone and drive back to the insane asylum. I rushed going inside of the asylum and saw Dr. Park ❝Where's Nayeon?❞ I said ❝She's in the padded cell.❞ I nodded as Dr. Park said where was Nayeon and went to the padded cell and take deep breaths.

No one's pov

Nayeon heard a knock on the door and said ❝Just come in❞ Nayeon look at the door and saw Sana ❝Nayeon, why did you kill the two doctors?❞ Sana was confused and Nayeon was thinking ❝for you.❞ Nayeon said, ❝for me?❞ Sana asked and Nayeon nodded that made Sana shocked and everything went black.
