Hihi frens, how's it going? Sorry it's been a while but good news is I've finally got the main four's designs down for the Zootopia Reboot :D

They're still sketches as lineart would kind of be a waste of time but yk they're sketches with color palettes so I have enough knowledge down

HEHEHEHEHEHEHE THEY LOOK SO GOOOOD I LOVE THEM :> 

I'm really happy with how they turned out, especially Casey since girl has literally been redesigned 2635474639 times over the past 6 years but I'm really happy with this version. I also didn't want Nick and Casey to look the exact same despite being siblings so decided to not put too much pressure on myself to match their colors, I really like the way they are now. Judy and Jack are also really cute, I think I nailed Judy's eyes being the most saturated part and Jack is just sweet boyo. Idk why Judy's eyes look so pink here, trust me they're violet ;v;

I do wanna mention tho I'm really happy with Jack's design. For those who don't know, Jack is a hybrid between a jackrabbit and a white tiger in my story so his design had to reflect that. He's meant to have really wonky proportions but yk still look like he can walk and shit. His tiger parts had to be more subtle since there is a whole arc for discovering his roots so can't just slap on a tiger tail and call it a day. Overall I think I did a good job giving him a mix proportions of rabbits and tigers without it looking too awkward. In the reboot I do change him to be the tallest of the bunch since I felt like really exaggerating the whole "he's not a normal rabbit" thing. I mean look at how puny Judy is :v

EHEHEHEHEHE F A S H I O N 

I finished designing the regular outfits for the four :3 Hehe this is the part I REALLY love drawing

I adore Judy's design, definitely changed it from the original concept. I feel like this outfit just suits her better, still matches the one from the movie but just slightly updated

Casey's I adore too, she's meant to be a fashionista type so I wanted her outfit to look more stylish but simple enough. Lore wise, she couldn't afford the kinds of outfits she'd want so instead she would buy cheaper outfits and improve them herself to make them look more stylish. Occasionally she'd save up to make her own dresses from scratch but yk that's more of an investment so couldn't do it often. There is another detail I like where she focuses on accessories a lot. You'll notice you can make a decent outfit look much better with the right accessories :3 I think my favorite part of dressing Casey is just how I can reflect whatever fashion knowledge I have on her

Lmao don't have anything to say about Nick, I didn't change anything either. The movie gave him the perfect design and you just can't improve perfection so yk. I'm proud of how good he looks tho like I did not draw him often before so this was a pleasant surprise he looks so accurate 

Jack was just fun to draw but kind of hard to figure out. He's kind of a dork but also definitely the gym fanatic. In the end I kind of just gave him what felt right. There were some choices intentionally done tho, like how he always wears sleeves long enough to cover the shoulder stripes as just a small thing he can do to hide an insecurity. The smart watch was also just a lil nod to him working out a lot and logging his health. The coloring for the hoodie was actually inspired by my own partner's orange hoodie just as a cute little thing hehe :>

Unfortunately I couldn't finish their work uniforms in time but I will indeed post it here when I do. Again apologies for being so damn late ;v;
