Okay what is with this idea that the guys have to be the confident, six pack, large penis people? Like bruh why? 

People still think the guys should propose first like seriously? What's wrong if the girl confesses first? Why does the guy always have to protect the girl from all dangers? Why is it that the girl must be depressed and have low self-esteem and be waiting for a guy to cheer them up? (There was once a dweeb that got mad at a girl for accepting him the compliment of her being pretty because apparently she's supposed to be "thinking bad about herself")

Like I'm perfectly fine with those things happening but why is it that people want it to ALWAYS happen? 

I don't get it. What's wrong with shy guys? Confident girls? Why are there so many freaking gender roles?
