Bullying is never okay. It doesn't matter what kind because it will still hurt.
A friend of mine lost someone close to her because of bullying and just yesterday, I was bullied too.
As some of you may know, my name is Dylan, but it wasn't always. In October of 2016, I transistioned from female to non-binary. My legal name is Megan. A group of boys from my school called me that in front of over 50 people multiple times. They harassed me and made me feel worthless and invalid as a person. I told the Principal and I'm meeting with her to tell her what happened yesterday.
The message of this is: NEVER bully someone, you don't know what it does to them. And if you see someone getting bullied, tell someone like a teacher or another trusted adult. Nobody deserves to be bullied, no matter their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation or any other charateristic. Because it hurts.
