Scene 1;
A/N)) Aha, this is my first CP ff!
Yawning, the unmotivated girl rolled out of her bed. Please school-
She pressed the button on her alarm clock, causing it to turn off.
Just burn down already.
Diana Creeon wasn't your regular high school student. If anything, she was the complete opposite of what you should be doing with your life. But somehow, someway, she managed to get through with it. Dragging herself to the washroom; out the door, and around the corner, she splashed low-temperature water onto her face, bringing her back to reality. Shoving the toothbrush back and forth in her mouth, she spat out the odd tasting paste.
The 15 year-old slipped on a grey hoodie overtop her black tank top, and black jeans, over her exposed skin. Diana ran down the stairs, to greet her mother who was reading the daily news. "Hey, mom." The woman took a sip from her black coffee and put her legs in a crossed formation while she sat on the couch. "Mornin', Diana."
The younger girl sighed, and picked up a bowl, and a cereal box. Throwing the small pieces of Cheerios into the bowl of milk, she grabbed a spoon as well. "Anything interesting in the news lately?" Diana's mother took a deep breath and exhaled it back out. "Just the same old killings again."
The older lady seemed extremely bored out of her mind. This caused Diana to eye at the paper weirdly and smirk as a reaction. "Oh no~ I wonder what the killer wrote on the wall this time?" Diana put her hands on her cheeks, sarcastic expression. Her mom and her had a few laughs, until it died out.
"It's different this time, actually." The students ears perked up, and she stuffed her mouth with the small, circled source of food. "Was it not the same, dramatic 'go to sleep'?" Mrs. Creeon shook her head, "it was a pretty scary case this time... It was near our area, plus, it says that the victim was one who had been walking home from work... Poor man..." Diana rolled her eyes, "yeah, yeah. Poor him."
These cases were almost happening on a daily basis now. Sure, she was paranoid the first few times it had just shown up on the newscast, but now, it was like something normal that happened in their everyday life. And the worst part is, that the police haven't figured out the culprit even after the third week. You'd think by now that the investigators would piece the evidence together and grab the villain after 6 killings. But this went a little different.
It's like they didn't care. That they were hiding something from the society. "Hey, it's already 8:07 am. Would you look at that?" Diana stood up as soon as she could from the table, eyes wide. "Sh*t, I'll be late!"
Her mother watched as her daughter sprinted out the door with the heavy bag she had been carrying in seconds. "Make sure to be safe, sweetie!" Diana smiled, and was making her way to her school, I will, mom, don't worry. But instead, she was scared for her mother, since she was the psychologist and she had no clue as in how to protect herself. She picked up her pace, hearing her white sneakers beat against the cold cement.
The autumn breeze had shown no mercy, as it hit her face. Her dark brown, shoulder long hair flew all over. It didn't take Diana long to reach, after all, she was running at a pretty decent speed. At the main gate, she noticed how there was a kid who dropped their books on the ground. Crouching down, she picked up each and every small item and handed it to them.
"Th-Thank you so much!" The girl shouted, which kind of caught Diana off guard. "No problem," she muttered and continued to walk to class. After passing the doors, she felt someone tap her shoulder. Diana spun around to see the same girl from earlier.
It didn't seem like it at first, but Diana was definitely towering over the figure. "You need something?"
"A-Actually, would you know where class 10-A is?" Diana hummed in response, "of course, that's my class." She walked towards the classroom with her. "Why? Are you new?" The shorter girl looked to the floor, "yeah."
The new female had long black hair that reached the bottom of her back and sea blue eyes to contrast her short figure. She was at least 163 cm. Anyhow, Diana should introduce herself properly. "My name's Diana Creeon, by the way."
"Alice Marionette, nice to meet you, Diana." Diana's eyes expanded the slightest.
Why does that sound familiar..?
It seemed they were chatting long enough among themselves to make it to their classroom. Glancing over the room, Alice spotted an empty seat in the front. "I'll sit here." Diana nodded and headed to her own seat, placing her bag onto her chair. No way was she going to leave her backpack in a locker- she couldn't trust people at her school that much.
School had already started, but the teacher had been a little later than usual, which was pretty awful having known the class would break into chaos soon. Diana took out her mobile device, her eyes fixated on her keyboard. What should I write? Just then, the instructor walked in, making the class go silent. Freaking when I take out my damn phone-?
She placed it back in her pocket, since she knew it was no big deal. He could wait. He just missed this one day of school.

Diana made her way out the classroom door, almost sure that she didn't have any homework. But in any case, she had to make sure. She was sick and tired of all the detention- the students couldn't help but not do what they're supposed to. That was another thing that ticked this particular female off. "Alice?"
The taller of the two managed to catch up with her classmate who had just left the class. "Oh- what is it, Diana?"
"Did we have any homework?" She asked, hoping the girl would say no. "Not that I know of... As long as you finished your 7.9 Algebra in class, you're good to go!" Alice exclaimed, putting two friendly thumbs up. Diana breathed, "that's a relief."
"Do you not like work?" Diana choked on that comment, "who does?!" Alice cringed, "I see your point, actually."
"See? Anyways, I'll see you later- I have to get back home to do some grocery shopping."
"Is that so? May we walk home together then?" The shortest offered, making the other figure ponder on whether or not it would be a good idea. "I don't see why not- hey, where do you live anyways?"
"Me?" Alice tilted her head before smiling sweetly and latching herself on to her new 'friend', "Rain Walk, you?" Diane's blood rushed to her cheeks out of embarrassment, "h-hey, you don't need to-"
"So I'm guessing that's a yes?" The raven haired female beamed, pointing in the direction of the exit, "let's go!"
"Yes and... I guess," Diana mumbled under her breath before getting pulled out the doors of the school.

"I'm home," the familiar brunette called out, entering her house. "My, Diana, you seem out of it."
"I am," she sighed in response to her mother, "I met this wacko girl at school today."
"Oh, is she new?" Her mother asked, switching channels on the television. To their fortune, the news happened to be playing at that exact time. Diana nodded, "yeah," before she studied the television screen closely. "Police have finally been able to identify the serial killer responsible for the six murders."
"Goodness, finally! The thought of a mad man in the loose was beginning to irk me," Mrs. Creeon exhaled. "It happens to be a man under the name of Jeff the Killer-" Diana started to burst into laughter, dropping her bag off in the process. "J-Jeff the Killer?! Where'd he make that one up!!?" She wheezed, practically on the floor now.
"Hush, Diana! I can't hear what he's saying."
"But mom- The Killer??! Is that his pen name or something-?"
"Now back to Robert with the weather." The two people in the house suddenly went quiet. I'm so dead, Diana thought. "So... I'm going to go and change..?" The mother looked pretty furious, but sighed instead.
"Fine, fine. Just get out."
"Alright- Love you, mom~"
"You're getting us groceries after this, using your own money." Diana's jaw dropped, "what? No way-!"
"Otherwise your laptop will be confiscated."
"Alright, got you, mom~" She sang lovingly, putting her shoes back on and stepping out the door. As soon as she shut it, Diana pouted and pulled out her phone. Was he not well? I mean- who else would care for him other than me?
She then stared blankly at her messages, noticing he had sent her one. I'm alright if you were going to ask. I just woke up late and didn't feel like coming to school. It's pretty chilly today, anyways.
She then squint her eyes, "how odd!" Walking towards the store, Diana threw her phone in her pocket. "Why is it that it doesn't notify me when Slain texts?! It works with everyone else!" She ruffled her hair, continuing her mission.
Upon arriving, Diana noticed how the sun had been setting. That would be bad, but she knew how to take care of herself more than anyone. "Milk, milk, milk..." She repeated out loud, looking down at the small list she had in her hands. It wasn't that long.
Grabbing the cold carton of milk, Diana breathed, realizing that being out this late means she didn't have to wait in line. "But that also means there will be a limited few cashiers..." That was when she got hold of the toast bags and decided to turn the corner rapidly. She took a full stop, about to hit into a figure. That made the supposed male drop his items.
Knife sharpeners? Diana wondered, before his crouching down, she did instead and picked them up. "Sorry, sir. I believe these are yours?" But with nothing, he didn't say anything and took the object, leaving ultimately. How rude.
Strangers were the only people Diana had a chance to be nice to. But now that she had helped him, she kind of felt bad now that he possibly didn't forgive her. Whatever, she thought, it's not like we saw each others faces. His is covered with that hood.
As soon as she grabbed the egg carton she needed, Diana happened to be the person up for the payment. "Hell yeah!" She shouted to herself, pulling a closed fist in and then out. Placing the few items on the table like structure, she held her wallet in her hands. "That will be 18.68 dollars."
"Cash please," Diana smirked, fixating her grey hoodie on herself. She then handed the cashier a twenty dollar bill, before she felt her heart leap out of her chest due to the person standing behind her. It had been the man she hoped she helped. His face had still been covered by that white hoodie and it seemed like he had also been wearing a scarf. Diana brushed it off, knowing the fall had been chilly; there was nothing odd about wearing a sweater and scarf.
Glancing at the item in their hand, Diana was unsure on whether or not he had been wearing gloves due to the paleness of his skin. Getting her change, the girl noticed how she had another twenty in her wallet. There goes my hard work... Diana then did the male a favor and gave the woman another bill for whatever the person behind her had been getting. She grabbed her bags and headed out.
Oh god, please give me twice as much as I gave, she smelt the slight rain, I hope that was enough, because that's the last good deed I'm doing this month.

"Teacher," Diana raised her hand up, "I'm not feeling well- may I be excused?"
"It's only been an hour through the day-"
"I know that but," Diana sniffed, "I think I caught a cold..."
"If that's the case..." The male teacher sighed, "you may be excused. Check in with the nurse before you leave." Diana gave a mischievous smile, "thank you!" The girl then stood up and grabbed her army coloured backpack. Alice and Slain waved slightly as she left, making her return the gesture.
Heck yes! I may have been over exaggerating, but now I can skip school with an excuse! Diana laughed slightly, and mom isn't even home- This is great! A whole 7 hours to myself! Great going, Diana!!
¤¤¤¤
That was before, when Diana hadn't plopped onto her bed. It was supposed to be a nap for about 5 minutes she said, but it turned out to be a whole 4 hours. " ...ring-"
"...DrInGDri..."
"DRINGRINGDRING-"
"AHH-" Diana fell off her bed due to the sudden loud noise. She groggily scratched her scalp, yawning the slightest. "H-Hello?"
"D-D-Diana!! Thank goodness you're okay!" A crying girl from the other line thanked, making Diana pay more attention. "Alice? Is everything okay-?"
"Diana, listen," she sounded more serious, her sobbing was quite evident in her tone. "He's coming!"
"Who is?" Diana raised an eyebrow, crossing her arms as she sat there on the floor. "Th-There's no time to explain-"
"I don't know what's going on! I can't help you if you're not telling the entire story-"
"I-I'm not the one who needs help, Diana..." Alice sounded a little darker with this sentence. "Then what?"
"Save yourself, before it's too late!"
"What the hell happened?!" Alice's eyes widened, "I'm sorry."
"What?"
"I'm so, so sorry..." The shorter girl's' voice hitched, "a-a man got into our classroom- A-And I don't know why- he was covered in blood... he said he- he would kill everyone if no one told him where you had been." Diana's blood ran as cold as ice, as if it had been drained from her entire body. "Me..?"
"I-I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!! It was stupid of me but... I gave him your address... And he left us alone-"
"So, he's on his way now?" The taller female tried to keep her cool, cold sweat now dripping down her face. A small noise was heard from towards the kitchen. The black haired female placed her two hands on her device. "That's why I had to check up on you-"
"No, no," Diana reached for the closest thing, "I'm glad you did."
"I'm so dumb! I'm super duper sorry!!" Alice cried some more. With no hesitation, the taller female stood up from where she had been sitting, very slowly and carefully. She tried making as little noise as possible. "I can handle myself for now, Alice. Just do me a favor and call the police."
"W-What?" Alice turned pale, more than she already had been. The brunette gave a smug smile, "b-bye~"
"No, wait-" But that was when Diana hung the phone up.
