(Rob's P.O.V.)

~Timeskip A Week~

Not being able to take this feeling any longer I averted my eyes from Preston. Needing to talk to Lachlan. This feeling isn't going away. And it's bothering me.

"Hold on Preston I need to go talk to Lachy." I excused. Preston's cheery eyes deflated but they shined with understanding.

"O-Okay, sure! I'll be right here waiting. Love y- I'll talk to you later!" Preston saved. A severe blush forming on my cheeks I turned away. Pretending I never heard him.

Shouts and cussing exploded behind me as I felt a huge grin lace my lips. Was he about to say what I think he was going to say? Who knows. I just feel pretty good right now. I don't think he does though.

Lachlan in my view I rushed up to him.

"Lachlan!" I called. Immediately grabbing his attention he walked towards me. Meeting me halfway I listened to him.

"Rob! You were just the person I wanted to see. Listen, I feel like something's going on. And I don't like it too much." Lachlan admitted. Rubbing the back of his head I smiled.

"That's exactly what I wanted to tell you. I feel like someone's watching us." I agreed. Lachlan's eyes beaming up at what I said he continued.

"Exactly! I tried telling Vikk, but he joked about it saying maybe it was the ducky from the pond!" Lachlan spit out.

"Yeah! Wait what?!?" I exclaimed. Shocked about how guiltily he said it I probably would have sout water out of my mouth if I was drinking any.

"Never mind I'll explain it to you later." Lachlan shrugged it away. Not seeming to care much about the ducky at the moment.

"Alright, but I want to hear about this little duck later." I demanded.

"You can't." Lachlan said blankly. Confused I asked him why.

"Why not?"

"The Bacca ate it." Lachlan answered grimly. His face expressionless I couldn't tell if he was lying or not. Slowly but surely, I saw a grin crack onto his lips as he tried to stifle a laugh.

"I DID NO SUCH THING!!! I FOUND IT IN MY FUR!!!!" Jerome yelled. Shifting my gaze I saw Jerome waving his arms above his head down the hill where camp was set up.

"THANKS JEROME!!!" Lachlan yelled. Laughing I let out a sigh of relief. Gosh, I know there might be a stalker, but I think they're only doing it to get a couple laughs from these idiots.

Honestly though, I'm serious.
