You did as you said you would, you came back to the small clearing, of where the creature that you saw placed you.
But, you decided to bring along a few things, which were carefully placed in a plastic bag.
You walked over to the edge of the water, and started to place what was in the bag, onto the ground.
The objects in the bag, were a few apples, grapes, strawberries, and a few other pieces of fruits.
Once you placed all the other fruits down onto the ground, you looked up to the calm body of water, and said "I know your real, and to say thanks for saving me, I brought along some fruit. I don't know what you would've liked, so I may have gone just a bit over board on buying the fruit."
Once you placed the fruit down, you took a few steps back, and waited, you sat down nearby tree, so that your body was leaning against the tree.
But, after a few hours of waiting, you began to get a bit tired, your head was beginning to bob up and down, trying to force yourself to stay awake.
But, before you knew it, you were fast asleep.
You woke up to the sound of splashing, and your eyes snapped open.
You quickly brought your gaze to the fruit, and found that it was all gone.
Your face lit up into a large smile, as you walked up to the spot the fruit was in.
"I'll bring some more, next time." You chuckled as you turned, and left.
____________Levi's POV____________
I was waiting for the brat to leave or just fall asleep, so that I could grab the fruit.
After a few hours of waiting, she finally fell asleep, so I quickly shot up, and grabbed all the fruit that was in a small pile.
As I was eating one of the grapes, I heard the woman say "I'll bring some more tomorrow."
I raise an eyebrow, as I think 'Why would that human do that, they are selfish creatures.'
But, I brushed the thought off, as I began to eat the fruit.
____________Your POV_____________
You kept your word about bringing fruit the next day, and the day after that, and the day after that.
For the past few weeks, you have been bringing fruit, and every time you did, it would disappear.
But, today as you brought the usual fruit, you decided to do something new.
After setting the fruit down, you sat right beside it, sitting down with your legs crossed.
"Listen, um, I was wondering if I could actually meet you. I understand that if you want to stay hidden. But, I would at least like to thank you for saving me face to face, ya'know?" You say, but after a few minutes of waiting, nothing happened.
You let out a sigh, as you say "Forget it. I'll bring the usual tomorrow."
But, as you turned, you heard the sound of splashing water.
You quickly turned, and saw the man from the day that he saved you.
"Tch, happy brat?" He said, monotonously.
You eyes widen, as you mouth hangs open in shock.
"What got noting to say?" He says, as he picks up a piece of fruit and pops it into his mouth, that has sharp teeth on the inside.
You quickly snapped out of your shock, as you turned and began walking towards him.
Once in front of him, you squat down, and hold out your hand as you say "My name is (F/N) (L/N), its a pleasure to finally meet my saviour."
His eyes widen a bit, as he stares at your outstretched hand.
"Tch, Levi." Was all he said, as he grasped your hand.
His hand was webbed as he shook yours.
"So, um, what kind of fruit do you like?" You suddenly ask, finding nothing else to actually talk about.
"You first meet something that isn't human, and you first actual fucking question, is what I like?" He asks, irritation in his voice.
"Just asking, I mean you take all the fruit that I leave, so its hard to tell what your favorite is, besides I would still count you as something that would be considered human. I mean, we are having a normal conversation now, right?." You mutter as you finally take a seat on the ground.
Levi just stares at you, not saying anything.
"Grapes." He suddenly says.
"What?" You ask, raising an eyebrow.
"I like those grapes." He says, looking away.
"I see, then I'll grab some more from the store." You say smiling.
Levi just clicks his tounge.
"Fucking weird ass human." He says, before swimming away.
You chuckle as you say "Yeah, I guess I am."
You got up, and began to make you way back to your car.
____________Levi's POV____________
'Why the hell did I do that?' I think to myself, as I swim around the deep parts of the ocean.
"Shorty!" A familiar high pitched voice shouts.
"Tch, what do you want, Hanji?" I hiss.
"Huh, I was wondering what you were doing with that human~?" She sings.
"Tch, I don't know what your talking about?" I say as I swim past her.
"Don't play dumb, I saw you talking to her. This is a first, usually you don't want anything to do with humans." She says laughing.
"Tch, she brings me fruit, that's the only reason why I conversed with her." I say as I continue to swim on.
Hanji chuckles as she says, "Oh really, the only other time you helped a human would've been that small girl you rescued."
I raise an eyebrow, as I stop swimming.
"What small girl?" I ask.
"Eh~, don't tell me you forgot. About twenty years ago, you saved a human girl that was, I would say, around six. She had (H/C) hair." She explains, and my eyes widen.
'She couldn't be. Could she?" I think, as I ignore Hanji, and continue on my way.
'Tomorrow, I'll just ask the brat then.' I think as I make my way back to my home, which is essentially an underwater cave.
