In order to escape, Morgana cursed her two year old daughter to be a Bastet. Someone who turns into an uncontrollable winged cat every night at midnight. When Morgana fled she couldn't take Maggie.
She escaped when she was 14

She is a Dragonlord (can control dragons and speak their language)
Her magic is strongest with healing.
