Don't ask why i keep writing these, i just do. Get over it. Oh and Don't forget that these are all related and these are also related to Merlin's talents as of now because i decided to make it that way :)  Say hi to Dr.Snuffleufacus ( snuffle-uf-uh-kiss)!!!!!!!

Merlin was always good at hiding his scars. He didn't have any that were visible on his arms, so then nobody was really suspicious. Then one day, the knights, himself and Arthur went on a patrol. 

" Merlin, not that I miss your mindless babbling, why is it you have chosen now ? the one time we haven't run into trouble" Arthur asked and looked back to find Merlin had fallen asleep on his horse when Merlin didn't answer him.  

" Merlin. Merlin. Merlin! Merlin, Wake up!" Arthur yelled at Merlin to wake him up

" Hmm?" Merlin asked, still half asleep. 

" Merlin could you really not wait until tonight to sleep?" Arthur asked 

" well maybe if i hadn't stayed up all night for the last few days to finish my chores you gave me i would" Merlin murmured so quietly that everyone didn't hear him besides Lancelot who show any expression he had heard what Merlin had heard. 

" What was that Merlin?" Arthur asked just before an arrow had flown past Merlin's head, nicking his ear. The next had hit Merlin's horse, resulting in Merlin being thrown off before the third struck him in the shoulder

Elyan, Lancelot, and Mordred rushed toward Merlin to treat him while Percival, Leon, Gwaine and Arthur rushed to find Merlin's attacker. After Merlin got thrown off his horse, his head landed on a sharp rock meaning he was knocked out.

" Elyan, Go find Merlin's bags, he always brings medical supplies with him" Lancelot ordered and Elyan nodded and head off. 

" Lancelot, hold him up while i cut off the feathers on the end.It went too far in, we are going to have to pull it through and use any towels or something to stop the blood flow and then clean it so it doesn't get an infection. After that we can bandage him up"  Mordred said and Lancelot nodded, doing what he was told. 

  Mordred cut off the end and waited until Elyan got back to pull it through. Once they did, they quickly held some towels and put light pressure on it to stop the blood flow. Luckily, the arrow didn't puncture any major orogens.  By the time the blood flow stopped, the four that left to find the attacker(s) were already back and setting back up camp. 

" Ok, the blood flow has stopped enough,  we need to get his shirt off so we can clean the wound" Mordred said, with Gwaine and Lancelot already on it. 

" What? How could- But-how?" Gwaine asked aloud, stumbling with his words over the sight of Merlin's bare chest. For one, he actually had muscles, ( not that Arthur and Gwaine were that surprised over what happened last week) they could see an outline of a six pack underneath what really surprised them, the scars. 

  He had burns, small scars, long scars, scars from a flogging, anything you could think of. At the back of his neck, there was a small scar, a small and curved line, almost like an entry way. Under Merlin's Neckerchief, were bruises, almost like someone had chocked him.  How could this happen? Merlin, the clumsy idiot who was harmless. Who would target a servant who would always try and help the other servants with their chores and always helped Gaius, along with Arthur and the rest of the knights and nobles he helped. 

" I'm not exactly surprised at the muscles, i mean, with all he does for Arthur, Gaius, the other servants, us, visiting knights and nobles and even visiting servants. Plus, he grew up a peasant, being just him and his mum, my guess is he did a lot of farm work but, the scars... Maybe three or four of those were from being clumsy but the rest... how?" Percival asked out loud after a little silence, making Mordred snap out of it. He cleaned the wound and bandaged his shoulder before putting his shirt back on with the help of Elyan and Lancelot.

" Guys, we can ask Merlin when he is healed but, for now, that is what we need to be doing. I will get dinner going, you guys get Merlin settled" Lancelot said and got to work.
