So in this one, Merlin is the Prince and Arthur is a knight from a visiting kingdom. The thing is they have pretty much the same personalities. Arthur has Magic and Merlin is a great knight and crown prince but what happens when Arthur finds out Merlin isn't all that ignorant? Enjoy!

In a land of myth
And a time of magic
The destiny of a great kingdom
rests on the shoulders
Of two young boys
Their names:
Arthur and Merlin
As young Arthur approached the great kingdom named Camelot with his fellow knights from Cendred's kingdom. Before their meeting with the king, they decided to train an little, aka show off. They were borrowing one of the servants as target practice before a pale man with jet black hair wearing a blue tunic with a red neckercheif, brown jackets, loose fitting black trousers and brown boots stopped them. He dismissed the servant who took the chance as if he were just asked to marry some beautiful princess.
" You've had your fun my friend" the man said
" Do I know you?" Arthur asked
" I'm M-" the man started before being cut off by Arthur
" So i don't know you, yet, you call me friend" Arthur mused
"That was my mistake then, i could never have a friend who could be such an ass" The man retorted
" You can't talk to me like that! Do you know who I am? I've been trained to kill since birth" Arthur said and the man laughed.
" And how long have you been training to be a prat?" The man asked innocently
" You can't talk to me like that! I am a knight of cendred's kingdom and I can have you thrown in the stocks! Or even the dungeons. I am even close friends with the crown prince of camelot" Arthur boasted falsely
" You probably are a knight, you most certainly are pratish enough to be one, but the part with the crown prince, yes i have a hard time believing that" The man smirked
" And what gives you the right to accuse me of lying peasant" Arthur spat at the man.
" Because, i am Merlin Pendragon, crown prince of camelot, at your service" Merlin said a did a mock bow before looking at the look of horror on Arthur's face. Merlin couldn't help but to laugh at his face.
" Relax, i dressed this way on purpose, wanted to scope you guys out myself. See you at the meeting" Merlin said to mess with them and headed off to his chambers to get ready.
