Part 3 of Merlin's Fairytale Series.

     This is the story of how I died...
     Don't worry, this is actually a really fun story and the truth is, it isn't even mine. This is the story of a girl named Rose.
     But I'm getting ahead of myself. Let's start at the beginning....
      You see...once upon a time a gypsy woman prophesized the time of a great sorcerer and the princess he would marry.
     I am that sorcerer and Rose was my princess.
     Anyway, centuries ago, a drop of sunlight fell to earth and became a beautiful, golden flower. The flower had the power to heal anything.
     Now there was a wicked witch who kept the flower for herself so that she could remain young and beautiful.
     Years and years pass and a hop, skip, and jump away, grew a large castle. The king and queen of said kingdom are very happy, even more so when the queen becomes pregnant.
     But the queen grew sick and the kingdom began to look for a miracle. Some sorcerers, enchanters, and other magic users told the royal family of a magic flower that could heal the sick.
     The guards found the flower, crushed it up, and made a soup out of it. They fed it to the queen who was instantly healed. The king was grateful that he pledged his child would marry a child of magic.
     The magic users and the royals formed a perfect alliance. Soon after, the queen gave birth to a beautiful baby girl whom she named Rose.
     It was decided she would be betrothed to Merlin, the most powerful of sorcerers when the pair came of age. They even gave Rose a magic amulet to help her to control the power of healing that she had gained from the flower.
     For that brief moment, everything was perfect.
     Except...
     The witch who had been using the flower found it missing and tracked it back to the kingdom. She learned that Rose had the power to heal any injury or sickness. Knowing this, she snuck in the castle, stole the child, and took her far away, into the forest where she locked her away in a tower.
     For years, Rose stayed in that tower, doomed to serve the witch until a hero could come to save her...
