Guys, I still can't believe OUAT is over.
Picture is one of the many magic-users who took in Merlin.
Summary: Merlin takes Rose to his family to find a way to save Rose's life.

     After riding Kilgharrah a ways, Merlin commanded him to land. He and Rose were now in a dense forest with only one small section of meadow in the midst of it.
     "Now, fair warning. My family is crazy. They are outcasts and have magic and they're very excitable and will probably fawn all over you and-"
     "Merlin, they sound wonderful."
     "Ok. Here goes." Merlin started towards the woods. "Come on out! It's only me!"
     Suddenly, a woman in a gray dress appeared and hugged Merlin. "Merlin's home!" She called. Suddenly, a bunch more people ran out.
     There were tall women in long dresses, men in many different types of clothes, gypsies, druids, indians, people shifting out of various animal forms to human, and a bunch of children.
     They all started talking at once. The woman in gray started asking after Merlin. Each told him what went on while he was gone. Then a little boy jumped in Merlin's arms.
     "It's great to see you all but where's Uncle Gaius?"
     "Napping." Replied the boy clinging to Merlin.
     "Where have you been anyway?" Asked one of the ladies, this one in white.
     "Busy, Snow, helping my friend."
     They all turned to Rose. "He's brought a girl!" The lady in gray said in excitement.
     Merlin shook his head good-naturedly. He introduced Rose to the group. The lady in gray was Zelena. The little boy was Jason. Then there were several more he introduced to her.
     "She'll do nicely for our Merlin!" Zelena was saying, like shipping the pair was her greatest dream or something.
     "Oh we're not together."
     "What's the issue, dear? Why are you holding back from such a man?"

Is it the clumpy way he walks?
Or the grumpy way he talks?
Or the pear-shaped square-shaped weirdness of his feet?
And tho we know he washes well
He always ends up kinda smelly
But you'll never meet a fellow who's as sensitive and sweet!

     "Well that's nice but-"

So he's a bit of a fixer upper
So he's got a few flaws
The weirdest you've ever met
Thing with his pet
That's a little outside of nature's laws

     "This is not about me!"

So he's a bit of a fixer upper

Up with a little bit of love

     "Can we please stop talking about this? We've got a real actual problem here!"
     "I'll say. So tell me, dear..."

Is it the way that he runs scared?
Or that he's socially impaired?
Or that he only likes to tinkle in the woods?

     "I did not need to know that!"

Due to his imperfection?
Or the way he covers up that he's the honest goods?

He's got a couple of bugs

     "No I don't!"

Is confirmation
Of his desperation
For healing hugs

    "Aww!"

So he's a bit of a fixer upper

The way to fix up this fixer upper
Is to fix him up with you!

     "Enough! She is engaged to someone else, ok?!"

So she's a bit of a fixer upper
That's a minor thing
Her quote 'engagement'
Is a flex arrangement
And by the way

People make bad choices if they're mad or scared or stressed

     Rose suddenly collapsed. Merlin caught her and held her tightly, yelling.
     Gaius appeared. "Strange magic." He muttered. "Her heart...it's been blackened."
     "That's impossible! She's a good person with a good heart!"
     "It's a spell. Luckily, there is a way to break it. An act of true love can break any spell."
     Merlin's heart sank.
     He had fallen in love with Rose but she was still in love with her fiancé. Only one person could save her now.
