This is my first drabble! I already know it's gonna suck. Oh well. This chapter was written when I was listening to Nickelback's Someday. Hope you enjoy!

3rd person P.O.V

Merida was trembling, looking down at the cuts she had made on her arm. The blood trickled down her arm and down to her hand. She opened the cabinet and pulled out a broken razer. She held it to her wrist. Tears ran down her face.

Hiccup burst through the door and she stopped. He ripped the razer out of her hand. He took a white towel and wrapped it around her arm.

"Hiccup! Stop! Get out!" Merida yelled.

"No. Merida,why are you doing this? What did I do?" He asked.

"Do I really have to explain?" She yelled.

~one week ago~

Merida's P.O.V
I walked down the hall to my locker. Before I got there, I saw Hiccup, my boyfriend, up against the locker. He and Heather were kissing.

I stopped dead. He was kissing the girl that had tormented me all my life.

~flashback~

Merida was walking down the hall, when Heather came up. She pushed Merida into the lockers and started beating her up, calling her names.

Merida was crying and trying to fight back. More of Heather's friends joined her in tormenting Merida.

Merida fell to the ground, battered and bloody. She backed away from the laughing group.

Heather leaned down and picked her up by her shirt. "This is what happens to people like you in the real world. Get used to it."

She dropped Merida and she and her friends walked away. As she did, Jack, Rapunzel, and Hiccup came up and helped Merida to her feet. The cleaned her up and took her home like the great friends they are.

That's when Merida began to cut.

~end of flaskback~

Tears ran down my face and I cover my mouth with my hand to stop myself from sobbing.

"Hiccup?"

He tore away from Heather. She was smiling evily like she does.
He looked horrified.

"Merida! It's not what it looks like!" He cried.

I didn't listen. I turn and ran. I didn't look back and Hiccup was right behind me.

"Merida, wait! Wait, stop! Merida, come back!" He yelled.

But I kept running I got in my car and drove away as fast as I could out of the school parking lot. He ran after me until he couldn't keep up anymore. He dropped to his knees, and I drove out of sight.

Hiccup's P.O.V

I closed my locker and put on my backpack. I turned around to see Heather standing right behind me. "Woh, what the heck, Heather!" I said.

"Well hello to you too, Hiccup." She said sweetly. She put her hand on my shoulder.

"Yea, um could you like, move? I have a girlfriend, and I'd like to go home, so..." I said, trying to get around her.

"Leaving so soon?" She asked. She pushed me up against the locker. "I don't think so. Here comes little miss red. I'd like to give her a show."

Before I could call out to Merida, Heather had her lips on mine. I wanted to barf. I tried to push her off, but I couldn't.

"Hiccup?"

I ripped away from Heather to see Merida. She stood there, tears running down her face. She held a hand to her mouth.

"Merida! It's not what it looks like!" I cried.

She turned and ran out. I ram after her.

"Merida, wait! Wait, stop! Merida, come back!" I yelled.

She kept running and got in her car. She started it up, and speed away. I ran after her, but I couldn't keep up. I dropped to my knees, out of breath.

"Curse this stupid prothsteic leg! I'm so stupid!" I said. Tears ran down my face. I got up, ran back to my car, and drove after her.

~one week later~

3rd person P.O.V

Merida tore her arm away from Hiccup and took off the towel. The bleeding had stopped, and the towel had turned from white to red.

"Merida, I know what you think happened, but-"

"But what, Hiccup?" Merida interrupted, harshly. "What else is possibly left to say?"

"I didn't kiss Heather! She kissed me! She knew you were coming, so she kissed me to make you think that! She wanted to make you miserable. You think what she did to you was bad?" Hiccup started.

"She hurt you. By using me. And it feels like I've been shot in the heart. It pains me that she used me so you would be in pain. It hurts me that it's my fault you started cutting again. Merida, you have to believe I would never do anything to hurt you." Hiccup said, as tears ran down his face.

Hiccup grabbed Merida's hands and she started sobbing. Hiccup brought her into a hug and she sobbed into my chest. He kissed her forhead and rubbed her back.

"I'm sorry." She whispered.

"No, I'm the one who should be sorry. You don't need to apologize." Hiccup said.

They sank down and kneeled down on the floor. Merida was still sobbing into Hiccup's shirt.

He lifted her chin and brushed away her hair from her face. He smiled softly. She returned the smile.

"I love you." Hiccup said.

Merida's lip trembled and she hugged him again.

"I love you too."
