Ok, hello Readers!! rhiannasayshi and I collaborated and made this shot! Hope you like it!! It was so much fun to write with my WATTPAD BUDDY!! Anyway, enjoy!!

Merida's P.O.V

I'm walking through the hallways. Crap! I'm gonna be late if I don't hurry! As I turn the corner, I run smak into a boy with green eyes and shaggy brown hair. Hiccup. Both of our books go flying.

"Hiccup! I'm so sorry! I wasn't looking where I was going!" I babble and he chuckles nervously.

"No, it's my fault, don't worry!I'm just a clumsy boy with a metal leg." He says, and we both bend down to pick up our books, bumping our heads.

"Oww..."

Hiccup chuckled nervously and I blush. 'Get yourself together, Merida!' I thought.

"Sorry. You know me! Not looking where I'm going! Or in this case, where my head is going, but at the time that's still technaly where I'm going." I say awkwardly. He chuckles.

Once we had all our books, he stands up and holds out a hand I blush and take it. He pulls me up, and we both smile.

"See you in class, Merida." Hiccup says before heading to our classroom.

"Ok, bye!" I call as I hurry to my locker. I quickly open it and grab all my stuff. I slam the door shut and sprint to the class.

The bell rang as soon as I got in the class. I ran to the only empty seat and sat down. I fumbled through my folder, looking for my homework.

"Hi again." Said a voice.

I blush and look up to see Hiccup. I'm sitting beside him! He's talking to me! Say something!

"Hi..........there..........Hiccup." I say nervously.

"Mrs. Dunbroch! Pay attention and stop flirting!" I hear my teacher say and my head snaps forward, my cheeks burning as red as hair as the class starts snickering. I look over and see Hiccup's cheeks are red as well.

'He's so cute when he's flustered! Wait, what? No! Don't think like that! But his bright green eyes and that jawline......'

I groan and hide my head with my crazy curls. It's gonna be a long class period.

Hiccup's P.O.V

All throughout the class period I couldn't help but take quick glances at Merida. 'She's so beautiful with those flaming red curls framing her electric eyes.'
I shake my head, trying to banish these thoughts, but they refuse to go away!

When the bell rings, Merida darts out of the class, leaving her homework. I pick up the paper. A crazy idea pops into my head. I pick up a pen and I write my number and a H.

I rush out the door and run down the hallway. I mutter a few apologies to people I bump into, and stop at her locker. Just as I arrive, she slams her locker shut.

I look nervously at her and hand her the paper. "Here. You forgot this."

Merida's cheeks turn as red as her hair, but she smiles and takes back her homework.

"Th-thanks Hiccup." She stammered.

"It's no problem. See you tomorrow, Mer!" I call as I walk away to my locker to pack up.

I open my locker and pack up. I groan and shut my locker. I know, I don't have a chance with Merida! But still, my crush on her was impossible!!

~time skip~

Merida's P.O.V

I clamber off the bus and walk a few feet to ly driveway. Pulling out my key, I open the door and walk inside.

"Mum! Aye'm home!" I call and I hear a muffled response from the kitchen. I climb up the stairs, taking them two by two.

I reach my room and plop down on my bed and pull out my homework. I'm on the first question when 10 digits at the top of the paper catch my eye.

I can only stare in shock as my brain prossesses this information and a face splitting smile appears on my face.

I finger the 'H' written on the paper. 'It couldn't be ........Hiccup?Hiccup gave me his number? Hiccup gave me his number!

I whoop with happiness and pull out my phone, dialing his number. As the phone begins to ring I feel nervous butterflies explode in my stomach.

"What if I make a fool of myself and he never wants to talk to me again? What if it isn't Hiccup? What if-" my thoughts are cut off by a voice.

"H-hello?"

"Um, hi! It's Merida. I'm calling for H. I mean, Biccup-no Hiccup! I'm calling for Hiccup." I slap my forehead and groan at my stupidity.

"H-hi Merida! I can't believe she actually called! I mean, up what's up?" He replies.

Oh no! I didn't plan this far ahead. "Did you write your number on my homework?"

Great way to start a conversation, Merida.

"Um, yea. I mean, you did call me with it after all." He says awkwardly.

"Well anyone could have written it, like Jack, or Punzi or- anyway, what's up with you?" I stumble.

"Nothing really. That reminds me. Are you possibly, maybe, I don't know, available this Saturday night for a-a-a movie! A movie?" He asks nervously.

My heart feels like it's gonna explode and butterflies once again return to my stomach. He's asking me out! He's asking ME out!!! Oh my God, what do I do? What do I say? Just say something Merida!

"Su-sure! Of course! I'd love to go out with you! I mean, yeah, that's cool." I say before facepalming myself. Again. Why can't I just be cool?

"Yes! Your great! I mean your beautiful! I mean, that's great! Not that your not beautiful but, oh I might as well stop talking now!" He says exasperatedly and I laughed. He's so cute when he's flustered!

"So, um....Saturday night it is?" I asked, heart fluttering in my chest.

"Yeah! OK, so, um, I'll pick you up at 6? Or not, you know, whatever times good for you!"

"6 sounds fine! Hey, um, can I keep your number in my contacts?" I ask nervously.

"Of-of course! I gave it to you, didn't I?" He answers, sounding genuinely surprised and I feel VERY stupid.

"Oh, ok! So, Saturday night it is! Ill see you then!"

"Alright! See ya!" He replies one last time before hanging up, and I almost squeal with excitement.
He asked me out! I can't believe it!!! I sounded like a blabbering idiot, but whatever! He even called me beautiful! But he probably didn't mean it...

Hiccup's P.O.V

"Alright! See ya!"I reply before hanging up. I jump up and punch the air. I continued celebrating until, my Dad walks in and looks at me.

"Not even gonna ask." He says before walking away.

I facepalm and sit back down. I did it! I asked her out! I mean, I was talking like an idiot, but she said yes!! I can't believe it!! I have a date with Merida Donbroch in exactly 24 hours!

Oh God. I have a date with Merida Donbroch in exactly 24 hours! What am I gonna do?

~time skip~

I'm sitting on my bed trying not to hypervenilate. I'm wearing a nice shirt and jeans. I hurriedly brush my hair and teeth for the hundredth time. I run downstairs and open the front door.

"BYE DAD!! SEE YOU LATER!!" I yell to my Dad.

"BYE HIC!! HAVE FUN!!" He yells back.

I run out and start my car. I drive twords Merida's house to pick her up. When I pull up, she walks out. I blush. She looks beautiful.

She's wearing a Navy blouse with a gold bow and arrow necklace. She has on dark skinny jeans and brown boots with little gold clips. Her hair is left free and...wow. She's just stunning.

She gets into my car and I swear the AC broke because the air temperature just rose a thousand degrees.

"Hi...um just hi." I say, and want to bang my head against the wall. Why couldn't I be smart and cool like Jack? I could have told her she looks nice or something smooth!

"Hey Hiccup! So....yer house?" She asks and I nod.

"Yeah, my house." I pull out of her driveway and notice how quiet it is.

"Can you turn on the radio?" I ask, and she smiles and reaches over. Fall Out Boy plays from the speakers and her grin widens.

"Yes! Aye love this song!" She says, and I look over.

"You like Fall Out Boy too?" I ask, shocked, and before I know it she's singing along. Wow, she has an amazing voice! Mines pretty bad, but before I know it, I'm singing along to the music as well.

By the time we pull up to my house we're both singing loudly, laughing, and just having a good time! I park and we both get out and walk up to my door. I open it, and she steps inside.

"Nice place ye've got!" She complements, and I can feel another blush rising in my cheeks. But before I can respond, we see my Dad come out if the kitchen.

"Hiccup, we may need- oh! Who's this?"

"Um, Dad, this is Merida." I say.

She holds out her hand. "Nice to meet ya, Mr. Haddock."

He shakes it. "Nice to meet you too, miss Merida. So do you two have a school project, or-"

"We're gonna watch a movie." I interrupt.

"I see. Well, I won't stop you. Have fun. But not to much." He says jokingly. We both still blush.

"O-ok Dad!" I say. I take Merida's hand and pull her upstairs, away from my Dad.

I took her hand. Oh God. (≧▽≦)

"So what movie do you want to watch?" I ask.

She looks thoughtful. "Do you have 'Horror at the House'? (I know,bad fake movie name XD)

I smile. "Yea! It's my favorite horror film, of all time!"

"Really? Me too!" She replies.

We sit down on my bed and I play the movie.

~time skip~

The movie was about halfway through, when Merida put her head on my shoulder. I blush as humanly possible and try not to make a fool of myself.

"Hiccup?" She asks.

I gulp."Yea, Mer?"

"Can I do something?" She asks.

Oh my God. What is she asking? What do I do? What do I say?

I breathe. I look at her. "Can I do something first?"

She blushes, and nods. We stare at each other for a minute before we start leaning in.

I can feel my eyes slip shut. Oh God, oh God, oh God! Is she really going to kiss me?!? I can feel her breath on my lips, but right before our mouths touch, a jumpscare appears on the screen along with a horrible scream.

We both jump back in shock before blushing like mad. "We should probably just watch the movie." She mumbles, and I feel a boost of courage that I didn't know I had. I reach over and grab the remote, muting the the movie. She turns her head to look at me and I can't wait any longer! I put my hand behind her neck and pull her forward.

Fireworks. Butterflies. Explosions. Her lips are soft and sweet and I want more. I run my fingers through her incredibly soft curls and one of her hands finger the hairs at the nape of my neck while the other tugs on the collar of my shirt, pulling me forward, deepening the kiss.

After a few more moments of this we break away for air, panting and looking into each other's eyes. Hers are so blue, like like the sky, on a cloudless day, but at the same time, they are the sea, deep and mysterious.

"That was-" I start, but she just shakes her head.

"Shud up and kiss meh again." She demands and I oblige happily. She tastes like honey and apples and woodsmoke and I'm so glad I that I was clumsy enough to run into the hallway yesterday!
