Circe is a witch burning with determination. When she has a goal set, she is the type to reach it, even if she has to tear her way through. She's passionate and slightly manipulative. However, she doesn't have ill intent. At least for her kingdom. She chooses her words carefully and rarely ever acts out; every move of hers has meaning. She wants to rise to the top and won't let anything stop her. Beware, she's powerful and will act like someone who's best interest is for the world, when in fact, it is only for the witches. Circe doesn't necessarily witches to rule the world, but under her control, there will be more.
Even with friends, she puts up a wall similar to a persona or mask. Her true intentions lie underneath and she never breaks the image of a sweet girl, though you might occasionally see it cross her eyes.
