3rd Person P.O.V.

Nezu and company walk into the school together and head to the teachers lounge. Aizawa brings Nezu to the side and whispers something to him. Nezu's eye twitches and he orders a teachers meeting sending the students to their classrooms ahead of time. A deflated All Might walks in as the kids walk out. As soon as he steps in hes dragged (literally) into the meeting room. Nezu, Aizawa, and Yamada stand at the front as the others take their seats. "Good Morning. I know you are all wondering why you have been dragged into a meeting unexpectedly. Well I just found out some troubling information about my daughter. I would like you to help them out if you can. But I know you can't help without knowledge. All Might you especially should brace yourself and your emotions for this." Nezu sighs then continues, "Izukas birth father who she nor her mother, rest in peace Inko, has seen in years as he left when she was 8 years old. I knew this much already as did a few others. What I didn't know and what I wish I knew before her mother passed is what her father did to her." Nezu paused and took a deep breath. "Izukas father was abusing her physically and mentally from when she was 4 all the way to when he left when she was 8. Even after that he continued the mental abuse through letters. Her mom, bless her, noticed her stuttering and flinching and took her to be diagnosed a few years ago. She admitted last night during a panic attack that she has several mental disabilities. She never told anyone about this until last night and that was only because she couldn't hide her panic attack from her soulmate, as she had been forcing herself to do when around people. As I trust those in this room for the safety of my daughter I think it would be best if you know her mental disabilities so you know how to adapt and help her if she needs it. I have seen her mothers bills and her medical history so I know she has never been to therapy other than when they originally got diagnosed and nothing after that. Izuka's mental disabilities are as follows, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, impulsivity, and depression. I also have a feeling that this years classes could benefit from mandatory therapy so although I usually only hire pro heros here I will be making an exception. As of today I will start the search for therapists for hire. I know Hound Dog is technically a therapist but he is also in charge of Security so he will be in charge of whoever I hire so as to benefit the students in case of an attack or a festival that interferes with the mandatory therapy sessions. Honestly I should have done this sooner as it would have helped past classes as well. But its better done at all then never done. If you don't know what signs or behaviour to look for or need help with anything before I can hire the other therapists please ask Hound Dog and he will inform you. Once I hire the therapists we will have another meeting where they will teach you all what to do in certain situations and how to help if they are not available or if in an emergency. Are there any questions?" Nezu finally focuses back on the room as he had been really focused on getting his point across. He sees many teachers looking like they want to kill. Others look sympathetic and like they want to help. And a couple are still processing what he said and are in shock. All Might raises his hand. Nezu points at him. "Is there anything we should change while teaching in order to accommodate this new development?" Nezu is shocked at how smart that sounded. Then he sees the 'Teaching for Dummies' book in All Mights pocket and internally facepalms. "Just slow down if you see they are having difficulties and help them to understand when needed. But don't single anyone out they need to feel like they are being treated fairly and in the same way as their peers. I also should start helping some students with making an I.E.P. or a 5O4 if they need it." All Might nods and writes down notes and reminders wanting to be the best teacher he can be to help the future generations of students even after his quirk fully transfers to Izuka and he can no longer work as a hero. Nezu looks around to the other teachers just seeing fierce determination in their eyes now. He smirks and concludes the meeting then checking the clock. It is now 6:49 am as he surries into his office to start making calls to employment offices and therapists for hire that he has seen advertised around the city.

~~~~~~~~~~~~Meanwhile with Shinso and Izuka~~~~~~~~~~

Izukas P.O.V.

I walk into the classroom with Shinso having been shooed off. It was a couple of hours before class so I didn't know what I was going to do. The first thing I see is Tenya doing his chopping motions while talking to Kacchan. I sigh and make my way over. "Hey Tenya. Hey Kacchan. What are you two doing here so early?" Kacchan does a grunt and looks to the side. So he either is avoiding his mom or he is planning something he doesn't want me to know about. Ok. After so many years of knowing Kacchan I can decifer each of his different sounds and actions. Tenya turns to me quickly almost slapping me with his chopping. "Good Morning Izuka! I always get here early I just don't always come in until an hour before as I get my engines checked at the support lab each morning! But today it was quick so I got here even earlier. Why are you here so  early Izuka usually you come in with Aizawa sensei!" I back away so I don't get hit with his wild chopping motions and I shrug. "Shouta and the other teachers had a last minute meeting we weren't allowed to sit in on so they told us to come into the classroom early." Tenya nods and chops back while he continues whatever conversation he was having with Kacchan. I go to the front with Shinso and pull out a spare sleeping bag and we both climb in to have a quick nap before class starts.

I feel something shaking me as I cling to Shinso in the sleeping bag. I open my eyes and am met with Shouta smirking at me. I climb out waking up Shinso who climbs out with me. We go back and sit in our seats seeing as the entire class is there. Shouta announces to the class that we are going on a field trip today. He says that All Might was supposed to join us but got held up doing something. I internally facepalm and plan to have a chat with All Might about priorities and responsibilities. We are told to go to the locker rooms if we want to wear our hero costumes for this. All of us get up to go to the locker rooms and I can sense Shouta trying to hide how proud he is of us. Its always better to be over prepared than under prepared especially as a hero. I lead the girls to our locker room and as I'm getting changed I look over and I can see Hagakure testing out her new costume turning it on and off and twirling around giggling. I finish getting dressed and I walk over to her. "How does it feel? You can always ask for adjustments. Is it to tight?" She giggles as she turns the invisibility off and shakes her head. "Its perfect Midoriya-san thank you so much!" She squeals and hugs me. I hug back stating its no problem at all and then lead the girls out to the bus. I look over and see Iida trying to line us up by seat number. I chuckle as I try to calm Iida down from trying to make everyone stay still as it won't matter as I will go in last making sure everyone makes it on the bus so we don't leave anyone behind. We make it on and Iida is happy I stopped him as all that work would have been for nothing due to the layout of the bus. I cuddle up to Shouta on the way there ignoring my classmates conversations.
