The next day Shinso comes in early and walks in to class with Izuka and Aizawa. When everyone arrives Aizawa clears his throat getting everyone's attention. "Morning class as you may have noticed yesterday Mineta is no longer with this school he is no longer welcome here due to some problems he caused with all the girls in this class. So I have his replacement. Everyone this is Hitoshi Shinso he is your new classmate please welcome him and treat him well. Now I had planned to make you all swim laps today but thanks to Izuka's suggestion I will be taking a nap while you all meet and welcome Shinso." With that Aizawa pulled out his sleeping bag and got in and fell asleep. Izuka hopped off Aizawa's desk and linked arms with Shinso and cleared her throat. "Ok everyone settle down now one by one introduce yourselves in order by seat number!" The class did as asked and when they were done Shinso seemed a bit less tense. "Now does anyone have any questions?" Everyone's hand shot up. "Shinso choose who I'll be here for support I can tell your nervous don't worry I get anxiety about these things too but we gotta work through it!" Shinso nods then looks out and points to Momo. "Is it true is he finally gone are you here to stay?" Shinso nods and tells her that thanks to Izuka they are all free from the perv. At this all the girls cheer and a few put their hands down. Shinso then points to Todoroki. "Are you Aizawa's secret love child or something?" Shinso blinks slowly and snorts " Heh what no why would you even think that?" Todoroki looks sceptical, "you both have gravity defying hair look dead tired and speak in monotone plus you seem to stick close to Izuka as he does," Todoroki states in an obvious fashion. "Todoroki no he is not his secret love child and you also speak in monotone but that doesn't mean you're related to Shouta." Izuka gives a sharp finalizing look at him then motions for Shinso to continue. Shinso snorts then points to Mina. "So what's your quirk?" Shinso freezes and Izuka squeezes his arm comfortingly. "Brainwashing, anyone who answers a question from me I can control. And no its not every time I ask a question I can choose when to and not to use it." He then sighs having been prewarned of his temper and points to Bakugo. "Hey Brain Boy why does Deku know you? Where are you even from?" Shinso blinks "who's deku?" Bakugo points to Izuka. "Because she is the class representative and was there for my transfer meeting. And what do you care it doesn't matter where I'm from." Izuka noticed that he seemed tense when he said the last bit and made a mental note to ask Nezu to look into him a bit just in case her gut feeling was right. "Why don't you just answer the fucking question extra!" Bakugo starts but as soon as he sees Izuka leveling her gaze on him with his mom's phone number pulled up on her phone he shuts up and sits down. Shinso sighs and silently thanks Izuka. He then points to Koda who everyone is suprised even had his hand up. And he starts signing Are you very loud? Does your quirk work if answered with sign language? What's your favorite animal? To everyone's suprise Shinso signs back No I normally don't even talk this much. And no it needs a verbal comand I get it if you are scared to talk to me I'm used to having to use sign language due to people being afraid of my quirk. And I really like cats. Koda looked suprised and signs back wow you can use sign? Good I get scared from loud noises sometimes that's why I'm usually far away from Boom Boom Boy. And I'm not afraid of your quirk I'm just selectively mute I only use my voice for my quirk. Oooo I really like bunnies. I think we are going to be good friends. Both of them smile softly for a while then Bakugo screams "WHAT THE HELL DID YOU CALL ME ANIMAL BOY?!" Koda silently screams and hides under his desk. As another look from Izuka sends Bakugo into silent fuming Shinso points to Jiro. "What kind of music do you listen to?" (All emo or goth or people who just like that type of music I'm not one of you so I don't know much so I'm sorry if I get anything wrong) "I listen to P!ATD and Green Day (I'm sorry BexleyHavon don't kill meeeeee)  but I also listen to musical songs like Beetlejuice and Heathers." Jiro smirks and nods approvingly. Shinso then points to Denki. "Is brain wash when u wash a brain? That sound gross but cool! Are you always this hot? I mean um yeet" Denki tries to jump out window but is held back by Kirishima. Shinso facepalms due to both his stupidity and embarrassment. "No I can control people's mind meaning their words and actions. And I'm not in any means hot." Shinso then moves on and by the time the Bell rings the end of class he's finished answering at least one question from everyone. "Hey Shinso do you want to eat with me and my friends?" Shinso nods and follows Izuka down to the cafeteria and grabs food with her before heading to a table with Iida, Uraraka, Todoroki, and Tsuyu and today being joined by Koda, Jiro, Denki and Mina. He sits down in between Izuka and Tsuyu and across from Koda and Jiro. For the first time in his life Shinso feels accepted and wanted as he signs back and forth with Koda and chats to everyone and internally dies whenever Denki speaks. It makes him dread going home even more than usual. By the end of lunch he's decided to stay after school and do his homework with Izuka so that they can speak privately. He's tired of the pain of judgement and fear. He has to do it today.

Yup ended on another cliffhanger mostly because I don't know what to do next and because I have reached my word minimum that I set myself which is at least 1030 words. Anyways you can probably guess where this is going but for those who don't what do you think he's going to talk to Izuka about and what will she say and do?
