Hey I'm going to be back, for real, June 12th!!
Sorry for being M.I.A...
It's not really something I like to talk about but my mental health has been pretty poor this year. It's one of the main reasons that I took a break. The good news is that I'm getting better. I've even started to be able to get more sleep! I use to have a little trouble falling asleep, and then I'd wake up super early and feel like DEATHHH. I suppose the really good news is that right now I'm on the borderline of being fine with no intervention and still needing help. I have to check in with a therapist to confirm this but this is my doctor's opinion on this.
Anxiety & panic disorders run in my family so that's where all of my issues lie. That mixed with stress & the pressure I put on myself is really rough so yeah...
If you were worried, don't be! I'm even working more on getting more to drink & taking vitamin supplements since I don't get enough vitamin C or D (lmaoooo DDDDD).
The next time I'll post will prob be in the brand new meow #7.
