voltron fandom:

there has been a lot of fighting about whether shiro should be shipped with keith or if shiro should be shipped with any other paladin

what is ok: not liking a ship, blacklisting the tag of the ship, blocking or unfollowing anyone who ships it

what is NOT ok: calling people pedophiles for shipping shiro with keith (keith is in his late teens & is probably going to be 18 soon), name calling of any sort, burning fan art

@/SaintDri on twitter had art they made of shiro and keith HUGGING burned (a pic of the burning art was posted on instagram) 

It is okay to not like something, but it is disrespectful to burn fanart. After all, if you don't like the ship, you didn't have to buy the damn art in the first place or print it off or whatever.

-keith refers to shiro as a brother in s2, a fact that I accept but sometimes ignore when writing FANFIC which is something that is ALLOWED TO DEVIATE FROM CANON

I ship Keith and Shiro 

I ship Keith and Lance

I ship Lance and Shiro

It hasn't been confirmed that Keith and Shiro are brothers. Even then, if I chose to continue to ship them despite the relation, I could make an AU where they aren't related. Just like I can make AUs where Pidge is older, where Pidge is nonbinary, etc.

for the love of god please protest & do anything you can to get them out of office. or at, least make sure you are aware of all of the awful things they are doing
