One of my friends just texted me: 

I got it to load... I made my avatar but for some reason the GPS isn't working, although I am allowing the app to access the GPS on my phone??? I'm stuck in the tutorial. I JUST WANT TO CATCH THEM ALL!!1!1!!1!!!

I don't know anything about Pokémon Go. 

My friend needs help.
